So unprofessional. First of all, the customer service is probably the worst Ive ever experienced in any shop. If the staff could possibly be any less helpful, they would be nonexistent (which is basically how it already is). Dont bother asking for assistance because you absolutely will not get any. Additionally, the prices are unrealistically high on most of the products. However, there is one saving grace--the selection. They have such a wide assortment of everything you can think of when it comes to smoke shops. My advice is this: only come here if you know EXACTLY what youre looking for because you wont find any help from the staff.

They have EVERYTHING.Sexy yet courteous 5 11 Amazon looking girls make it easy to find what you want/need. Their prices may not appeal to misers but their products are well worth every cent as some of it actually comes straight from China & no other smoke shops here in town even have those products- nor similar ones. Too much to describe- just go on in & see for yourself.

Unprofessional and no longer accepts cards that doesnt have a chip in it. So if you want to save yourself a trip to a atm....just hit smoke head on q. .2 miles away, accepts all forms of payment, and is always professional/helpful.
