Was here twice on two separate occasions without absolutely no help at all, it is ridiculous! 1st time, I had a bike inspected and they said I needed a $1200 brake job. Come to find out they didnt even take off the front master cylinder cap, it was just low on fluid. The second time they wouldnt even put my new chrome handlebar switches in my new switch housings and let me take them with me. Which I purchased here btw, after they ordered the wrong products and told me "my fault, that will be another $145!" Will NEVER come back here for service of anykind!!!!!!!!!!

Arrived in Indy from Nashville TN for moto gp. Had a primary bearing fail Saturday morning rode the bike to indy west HD. They told me first come first serve i am 9th in line could i leave it with them said they would get it done even if they stayed late. Quoted me a price. 3pm bike was ready and price was 60 dollars cheaper than quoted. Wish these guys were my local shop. Highley recommend this shop.

Love this family! Indy west is the best! Friendly and very helpful staff, couldnt ask for a better HD dealer, I used to go to another one in ondy but always too busyir act like its putting them out, not at Indy West Harley Davidson, also at Heavys Steel Horse Thunder bike night every Thursday in Camby! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ for my favorite Harley Davidson dealership, good prices on parts with very helpful staff!

To all my brother and fellow riders out there I would appreciate everyones support in boycotting Indy West Harley - Davidson any business that can do bad work causing someone to break down then call them about it and they leave you stranded doesnt deserve to be In business. I know I will never step foot on that property again. I hope everyone I know does the same

Had my Street Bob at Indy West for three major issues. Inner primary bearing failure (known issue on 2006 Dynas), West went out of their way working with the MOCO to get this taken care of (bearing replaced, updated cases). Bike was backed into while parked and recently damage from a huge pothole. Quality work, great people to deal with! Fantastic dealer!

Took my bike on a Saturday for a new tire change not knowing whether it would get done or not considering it being a busy Saturday. To my surprise, they had the tire in stock and got it replaced in a timely fashion. Everyone was very friendly. For any central Indy riders, I would highly recommend Harley IndyWest.
