Needed help diagnosing a problem with my bike, they quickly diagnosed the problem and let me know my options. After multiple calls back and forth with them (due to my busy schedule not allowing me on the phone much) talking over options I decided to go with a crate engine, their price was extremely competitive. During the install I had many questions and quickly got answers from Nick, who helped me the entire way. Over the past week everyone from the parts desk through the service department has been super helpful in answering questions/ giving advice while I performed the engine swap at home. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to deal with knowledgeable people who are quick to help. Their knowledge of bikes is superior to any dealer I have dealt with, and their parts inventory is outstanding for keeping all v-twins from old to new on the road.

I was treated very poorly and though their price quotes are competitive, they will nickle and dime you. You will pay just as much here as at the Harley Dealer. I found some tires online to save some money. They quoted me 60 dollars per install. When I dropped the bike off, they told me there was an extra fee for brining your own tires. "You might save money online but in the long run you are going to pay the same as if you bought them here". And after criticizing everything about my bike which i bought in rough shape the day before. I left. I am having my wife pick up the bike today. They have not done anything to the bike, I am taking it elsewhere but they are still charging me $30 for I dont know what. One day of storage? I will never take a bikes there again.

Liars and cheats. I wanted to by a Harley, but the one I looked at had a major oil leak (a puddle). The owner/seller said it was nothing to worry about, "It was just splashing when the bike is ridden." Year right! The bike was smoking and the oil was sticky (ie they probably added some crap to make the bike run to before sale). They are located in Whitestown. Misrepresenting the truth and not polite. My advice, STAY AWAY! Oh, and another thing ... that bike had only 7,000 miles on it; that may as well be odometer fraud, because its impossible to have a major oil leak at such a low mileage.
