I recently purchased a 2016 GTR 215 from this place. And I have some news about them youll want to read! As a 100% disabled Army Veteran from the Middle East conflict, I needed someone to just be up front and honest with me. I tried Distinctive Cycles and the place in Panama City. Both of them gave me bullshit numbers thinking I was too injured or stupid to understand their business practices. HOWEVER, KM Cycle & Marine was honest and upfront with me! I NEVER felt like the men and women at this place were trying to bullshit me. They were upfront, honest and EXTREMELY helpful. I did four years of research before deciding to buy a Sea-Doo. I then did months of research about dealers local to me. KM Cycle & Marine were the furthest from me, but they were also the most honest and direct people over email with me. When I got there, they even threw in stuff I didnt expect. If they treat Veterans this way, then you can damned sure bet they will treat everyone with honor and integrity. Straight up front pricing. No bullshit. This was the easiest buying experience Ive ever had and I was treated with the utmost respect by all involved! This place moves enough equipment so they dont need to play games. You can be assured they will be the best buying experience in our area! Hell, come from out of State and get a better deal than you could ever get in a State who doesnt have all the water we have to play on! It WILL be worth the trip.

As of now until further notice I will rate this location as a 1 star or less. I took my ATV to them to be services and back into operation. Paid just under $700 to get it going after its been sitting for a yr. I get it off of my truck at my property make it 400 meters into a trail and it dies. I call them they say it might be .............. etc. I will have to bring it back in mind you im 400 meters down a trail with no other vehicle access. Well I get it to the house and I test the part that they say it might be and it isnt. The carburetor that they were responsible for cleaning must not have been cleaned. Oh and in that $700 was a fee for $15(3units*$5) for fuel. Well I took it on empty and received it back at a QTR tank And these jack asses think that I will ever spend another nickel with their company. They will be lucky to keep the money they have already received from my credit card if this isnt fixed ASAP....

After a cash purchase of a brand new wave runner last year (2016), we returned today less than a year later to trade in for a 2017 different model. This was, again, going to be a cash purchase. Lewis, our salesman, tried to request a difference of only $500 at my husbands request. The manager, wearing his hat backwards making professionalism appear nonexistent, wouldnt even entertain the idea. Our waverunner had Very few hours and we had added extras to increase the value. Everyone negotiates, so the fact that they wouldnt even entertain a difference of $500, or make a counteroffer was unbelievable. We called a place in Pensacola and our offer was accepted immediately with no argument. If you are looking for the best deal, do not go here. We will no longer be repeat customers for sure!!

Very unprofessional service staff. Watched a guy actually walk out and say he would go somewhere else. I got what I needed done but the service attitude was less that 1 star. Ill drive the extra 10 miles and go to Pensacola for now on. Figured I would give K&M a try since I usually go to Pensacola, but the staff at Pensacola kept me coming back. Lesson learned. As to the response by the owner, I paid the regular price for the key and programming. Same as quoted by the other shops, your shop was just closer. I asked if there was anything they could do to clear a maintenance code that was always going off. Its an oil service code. Was simply told "nope". The atmosphere was like you were putting them out when there was literally no one in the shop.

My husband will be buying me a Can-Am in just a few months for my bday, not so sure It will be here.....Noone greeted us while I stood around the can-am of my choice for several minutes even though 3 sales people were chatting amongst themselves. I finally approached them and asked when they would get the 2016 models and one told me those were it as he pointed to the 2015 I was standing by. I asked about rebates for the 2015s, they had to go look it up. Mind you, I knew all these answers already as I had done the research, but I want to buy from someone who knows their inventory and can answer any questions I have. They FAILED miserably, remember, even a 50 year old woman may be a potential buyer,,,educate yourself or lose business, js.

For the past seven years Ive managed a watersports operation on Pensacola Beach. I have plenty of experience with other dealerships in the area but have found that KM Cycle and Marine is the best across the board. Ive been doing business with KM Cycle and Marine for the past four years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Over the years Ive purchased a few dozen jet skis and a couple of trailers from their sales team, ordered countless parts and supplies from the parts department, and have had several skis, and my personal motorcycle, repaired by their service techs. Their efficiency and customer service is top notch and I very much recommend this dealership!

Dropped my dirt bike engine off October 16th and was told I would have it back by November 16th, called 5 times between November 18th and December 12 to find out they hadnt even looked at it, I was called on December 19th to find out they had found a broken cam bridge which was not broken when I took it in lol (someone overtorqued it), needless to say I had to pay them for an hour of labor PLUS a new cam bridge, which put me in the hole 450 bucks, so I picked it up and took it to the real mechanics at the factory dealership. Dont trust these guys with anything that has a motor in it.

Went in to ask mechanic a question about my SeaDoo not starting. I was pretty sure it was something minor like a fuse, but just wanted to quickly discuss with someone before bring it all the way down. Was told by the part guy that it was not a good time because the mechanic "was in a bad mood" and I would just have to bring it in. I was able to discover that it was a .50 cent fuse that was blown I was having trouble locating. That said everything I needed to know about this business. Lost a customer.

Top notch group. Allen the sales guy really knows his stuff. Jessie and Kole really worked me a good deal on my new bike. Mechanic had my bike prepped and ready quickly.Jonathan made the whole experience a breeze. I could have bought the same bike from other dealers, but I would not have gotten the quality service and just all around good feeling about buying a new bike. If you need a new bike or watercraft or you need service on one. These guys are the place to go.
