They are WAY too slow. I dropped off my Yamaha ATV. It needed brakes. I waited over 3 weeks for their parts to come in. They were performing the work. It needed the pins that holds the pads on. 3 weeks for a 5 dollar part. They didnt 2nd day ship or anything close. In the days for Amazon, customer expectations are different from the 90s. I shouldnt have to wait for a 5 dollar part for 3 weeks. The service dept seems hapless. When you call for an update you get the run around. I talked to three different people and got three different answers. Ive had better customer service with a cable company. They are literally clueless. I really wanted to do business with a local company. I wanted them to do a descent job. I went in with no expectations.. I could have gone and performed the work myself. But I wanted to give them a shot on something easy. I wound up rescuing my ATV from the Keystone cops. You are better off going somewhere else. Knoxville is only an hour away. And well worth it. Sad but true.

Not really sure what happened to this place, but they have turned into the most rude people in town. I walked in and past the woman at the counter. She could not even look up from her magazine to say hello. Walked around the store and they have next to nothing. Maybe they are going out of business. With service like that, they should.

I am from Indiana and I was in crossville, Tn and needed an oil change for my bike. It was a Saturday morning They were booked but they went out of there way to get me back on the road. Great staff and I appreciated it. Please come see these guys you wont regret it.
