Bout a motorcycle here the guys in sales were great but there were a couple of odd noises I had service check out. First they said it was something with how the belt was positioned on the pulley and readjusted it but there was still a noise that I kept hearing so I took it back to them and dropped it off to check it out again. After looking at the bike they called and told me the highway peg on the left side of the bike was loose and thats what was causing the squeaking noise I kept hearing and that they took care of it. I paid the diagnosis fee and picked up the bike. Well two days after picking the bike up from them that very same highway peg fell out from under my foot going down 75...they told me they would replace both highway pegs at no cost which I was fine with. Took 8weeks and 7 annoyingly unsuccessful trips to the shop and they still couldnt get a simple set of highway pegs on the bike. In the meantime I ended up having to order a tire from them for a little over $200 which isnt bad but even with all the wasted trips I made to the shop for them to fix their mess up with the highway pegs they refused to help out any with the labor on the tire and pretty much told me they were giving up on trying to get the correct parts to get the highway pegs on. I was told that I could either get the tire put on for free and they would keep the pegs they were supposed to get on my bike or I could keep the pegs and try to get them on myself and pay the full price for the tire change. Basically the service guys are incompitant assholes and I will never have them work on another bike of mine again

I purchased my 2015 Indian Chief from out-of-state but being an Ohio resident, I had to find a dealership in the Ohio area to service my bike since I was approaching 5,000 miles. After visiting most of the Indian dealerships in Ohio I’d heard that a new dealership had opened in northern Kentucky so, I paid them a visit as well. From the moment I met Isaac, the General Manager, and was then introduced to Mike King and Kiel in Service, I knew they were the dealership that would service my bike. Fast forward – feeling confident with my choice, Indian Motorcycle of Northern Kentucky did the 5,000 mile service on my Chief – Mike was a pleasure to work with; the service was turnkey; and most importantly, I had no apprehension about leaving my baby with them! This dealership is progressive and customer satisfaction is paramount - they are my “go to” Indian dealership!

I had a new tire put on my Suzuki C90T and they were very quick to get it changed for me. I am very satisfied with their service. To add to this review, I just traded in my 2008 Boulevard C90T for a 2016 Red & Cream Indian Roadmaster. What a great experience from sales, financing, apparel, and the detailed walk around showing all the features of this impressive motorcycle. We already have over 100 miles on the Roadmaster and it is one impressive machine. My wife like the improved comfort and smooth ride. This is the best motorcycle dealership I have ever been to. These guys care and address all your questions and concerns. I would suggest that if you are passing by Walton on I-75, you need to stop in and see this place.

The staff at CCM are #1, top notch. I went to buy a used Harley and was treated like royalty. From the sales staff on up, all were the best I have ever dealt with. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful. This was truly the BEST buying experience Ive ever had. I strongly recommend that if you are in the market for a new or used bike, go to CCM of NKY first. No high pressure from the sales team, but willing to help you get the bike that fits you. There are NO areas that I saw that any improvement was needed with the staff or the store itself. Even if youre not shopping for a bike, I urge you to pay them a visit, you wont be sorry. We liked them so much that we plan on going back (2+hr drive) just to visit!

Buyer Beware!!!!!!! I was very disappointed in Amazon and seller when I was told that the item that I purchased could not be returned. Yes the item was purchased early to have a jump start for Christmas. But on December 25th 2016 when my daughter received the gift she said that she no longer needed the item for her motorcycle. On December 27 I requested a return and was denied. I tried to elevate the request through multiple customer service reps and managers with no satisfaction. I also called the seller of the item and was treated very rudely by the manager with no success in returning. Be very careful of Amazon(A to Z guarantee) and with the seller of this item.

Bought a new Chief Vintage , Smoothest ride I have had in 40 years. It runs awesome ! Great to deal with, Gave me more than I expected on my trade. Great staff ! These guys are the real deal , They love what they do, and know what they are doing. Any problems that come up , They take care of it . No Bullshit. Highly Recommend . Isaac , Don, Bob, all worked together as a team to make sure I was happy with the deal, before and after! Mike did great on my first check up, and all the parts that I wanted to add on. Thanks CCM !

Highly recommend Indian Motorcycles of Northern Kentucky; for a bike purchase or service repair. They have serviced my Indian with satisfaction on a few occasions. Big thanks to the personal service from Mike King in the Service Dept. Mike went the extra mile and helped expedite warranty repair coverage with Polaris on my Indian. I have used other dealerships and this one by far rises above the others with their staff. Every visit to this dealership, I have experienced consistent friendly and professional service by all the staff.
