So far my experience with this location has been horrible..! There is NO communication at all. I had my bike there for 4 almost 5 weeks. And not once did I get a up date call from them. I had to reach out every time either by calling or just showing up. Only way I even knew my bike was done was me calling to ask whats going on. Which is not how customer service should be done. Every time that I was told we will call you right back it never happen. I completely understand people can get busy and forget about things. I am the GM of a multimillion dollar company. And I understand my bike probably wasnt a "priority" being it was just a small repair. But if you say your going to call back I expect atlease that. Every customer should be treated equally. Yesterday was the last straw. I called to let them know what ever wiring they did to my bike isnt done correctly. Bc now my bike wont even try to turn over. I called yesterday to try to get this resolved and I was told the mechanic is doing a test ride and they will call me back in 5 minutes. And that never happen. So now I have to let my bike sit in the garage for 2 more days before I can even try to talk to someone about getting it fixed. And I dont own a trailer to even get it back to the shop.. so PLEASE help me get this resolved ASAP. There are so many more things in my dealings with this location that have been far less then satisfactory I just dont have the time to write it all.

Sales department is dirty and cant be trusted.... I dont know how they treat their customers in the service or parts dept... Im writing this on the experience I had the week of 5/8/2012... Went with my best friend to search for a motorcycle for him and his wife, my friend returned from Iraq in August 2010. Wounded and Purple heart recipient when he and his team were hit by I.E.D. He was in the market for two (2) cycles to buy that week for he and his wife... The salesman was so rude to him, my friend asked for two quotes on the bikes he had picked out.. The salesman asked if he had been anywhere but here to look for bikes ? "No" J replies, "then Im NOT going to give you a quote on the bike you are looking at till you give me some quotes from other places and come back, then I will try and beat that price"... I looked at my friend and said "this guy is a crook" right infront of salesman, told him not to buy a bike from this place even if its going to save you 3 or $400 bucks... REALY a wounded warrior... I was so embarrassed that I even recommended CYCLE SPECIALTIES to my friend... Wont ever go back...

Im sorry I cant remember the employee that took care of me yesterday. He did a very good job and only missed "One" thing. Buying a helmet is a very personal thing. It must fit properly to serve its purpose. The gentleman that waited on my took me and my son directly to what we were looking for and stayed with us while I tried on all of the Modular Helmets available. He was pretty patient and talked about fit and features of the various helmets. He got a little ahead of the game by asking for the sale a little to early but backed off to give me a little more time. If he had suggested I walk around for a few minutes (maybe 15 or so) to ensure there were no pressure points to cause headaches and such he would have gotten a full 5 (or Excellent) I would have given him a B+ or A- perhaps. Ive been a customer since 08 and still travel the 30 plus miles from Burlington to check out accessories and such. Although Ive bought bikes from you in the past, my last bike (and probably my last) purchase is an Indian Chief Vintage. It was a 70th birthday present to myself.

Major recall work on transmission was done but had a few small issues. Fairings werent installed correctly and radiator was only about 75% full. Coolant bottle was empty. found a lot of old oil on motor and not sure its leaking or not. Time will tell. And ill edit this review to reflect findings and any issues. update as of 2/18/17. found several more issues the mechanic botched. I have a significant oil leak from the oil cooler pipe going into the motor and they left out a bolt on the exhaust. I have decided my previous 4 star review needed to be downgraded to a 2 star review. these are just unacceptable issues to have with a $16k bike with 4300 miles on it. I expected the bike to be returned to me in the same perfect condition and I was handed back a bike that any back yard mechanic could have performed better.

I took my bike in for its 11,000 mile service and new tires this past week. Due to amount of work to be done, I had to "leave" it for a couple of days, dropping it off on Wednesday. Brent told me he would have it done by the following Friday, which it was! Everything that needed to be done and everything that I asked to be done was completed in a timely manner and, most importantly, it was done correctly! When I dropped it off Brent told me he would have the bike back to me by Friday and, sure enough, he called me late Friday morning to tell me that the bike was ready. Brent is easy to talk to, and actually listens to the customer -- which is a "not too common" skill these days! All in all, Brent and his team provided exemplary service, second to none!! Thanks! : )

I originally purchased my bike in Columbus before I found this dealer. I went there with my girlfriend and she ended up purchasing a bike from here. Staff was very helpful in assisting us both in purchasing the best gear and answering ALL of questions. The bike was delivered the very next day and the gear ordered arrived the next day as well. When I purchased my bike in Columbus, I had to wait 2 weeks for them to deliver it and the store didnt have nearly as much accessories as Cycle Specialties. Again, staff was very friendly and helpful during this process. Steve was very helpful after delivering the bike and really took the time to explain everything.

Im a smaller than average rider so finding gear for starting out riding was a challenge. The sales staff were so patient when I tried on pretty much every pair of gloves in the store, even checking in the back for other sizes, until I found pair that fit perfectly. I also bought my helmet and pants there, as well as stuff for oil changes, and when I bought a new tinted visor the staff offered to show me how to put it on. Shout out to Zach and Nick who helped order me parts for my Ninja recently so I can get back on the road! The staff here is amazing and I havent considered shopping anywhere else for my motorcycle needs!
