Horrible Go Elsewhere. My kids ordered flowers for Mothers Day long distance. My phone number was all over the cards and information. They delivered to bouquets of flowers even though I was not home. I came home Wednesday to dead flowers. When contacted as to why they did not call first it took them a good five or ten minutes to even track the orders to this address. They told me that they would bring me two new bouquets on Friday around 5 p.m. I called them at 6 p.m. and put here the woman talking to someone else in the background for a good 15 minutes on hold. The flowers have not been delivered. I need to leave and upon a second call to them no one picks up the phone. Save your money. And the boquets are nothing as beautiful as ones I have gotten from other florists here in the area. I cant really even give them a one!!!

I will definitely go to Serrano Flowers again and again. My son had a mother son dance at school and VERY LAST MINUTE I got a crazy idea to have a boutonniere and corsage made for his first ever dance. After being turned down by 3 shops in the Temecula area (local to wear I work) I called Serrano Flowers which is local to wear I live. Not only did they come through with BEAUTIFUL pieces (in less then 4 hours notice) the price was better then all the other places I called before them! I am truly grateful to them for creating the perfect finishing touches to make our night of memories incredible!!!!

This wonderful small shop came through by putting the finishings for my daughters prom night pictures. Her escort wanted a silver floral boutonnière and I went to 3 other local shops that told me it was NOT possible. Therefore, I did not make a purchase with those 3 but Serrano Flower shop florist told me "Sure, no problem." She showed me a black floral boutonnière she had made earlier. She not only got my purchase but helped create a lasting tale for all times.

i had Serrano Flowers do the flowers for my wedding and they were so beautiful they were more than i ever imagined they made my wedding reception look so beautiful. i recommend this flower shop. another thing is to that they are very helpful in your needs with price to, they work with your budget.
