I never write reviews online, but I have to disagree with the previous reviewer. I received very good customer service at this store. I went to Tandy Leather Factory because I wanted to make a leather wallet as a gift. I should mention, I knew absolutely nothing about leather working. When I walked in, a young lady greeted me at the counter, I explained what I wanted to do and she helped me pick out all the tools and materials I needed. She answered all of my (admittedly amateur) questions and two other employees joined the conversation to make sure I got everything I needed. One guy even took out some leather scraps to show me how the tools worked. Thats excellent customer service.

I HAVE BEEN USING TANDY SINCE I WAS 15 YEARS OLD. NOW I AMTO BE 75 MY BIRTHDAY.I HAVE MADE HAT BANDS, COASTERS,BELTS,WALLETS ,TOOLED GUN BELTS AND HOLSTERS, TOOLED RIFLE CASES AND A SADDLEBAG POCKET BOOK. TANDY IS A REALLY GREAT COMPANY, AND THEIR EMPLOYEES GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO EXPLAIN WHEN YOU REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT EXACTLY WHAT IT IS THAT YOU NEED TO PUT THE FINISHING TOUCH ON YOUR PROJECT . MR.
