This Michaels is a fairly high volume, so I can find most things that Michaels carries here. For somebody like me who functions on a budget, I can always use my coupon on any one regular priced item. Some people try to use the coupons on multiple items, but I dont have a problem with following a coupon policy. The store isnt in perfect organization but after the holidays it seems to be recovering. If I need help an associate isnt usually impossible to find, and I have never been ignored. Every time I come to this store I am usually pleased at the end of my experience. Ill definitely be back!

Its OK , Most of the time you can find what you need?, Michaels Coupon Game is A Joke as usual, thats assuming that the company will never change Michaels Coupons Procedures. STAFF IS HORRENDOUS, EXPECT THIS ONE AFRICAN AMERICAN GIRL, THAT HAS WORKED THERE FOR THE LONGEST TIME.THE CHECK LANES ARE ALWAYS CRAZY LONG AND UNORGANIZED!! NO ONE KNOW WHAT LINE IS THAT! Otherwise the store is OK!

Ive shopped at Michaels in Gaithersburg and Germantown and have always been pleased with their selection of products, although at Christmas, they sell out of things and dont restock fast enough.Staff has always been helpful. However, some checkout people are too slow.

This store is missing some things that a lot of other stores seem to have. Not sure if its because of the holiday season or what. They also did not have enough people to handle the amount of customers that were there.

The store is nice and for the most part neat and clean and stocked pretty well. Staff is very nice so its helpful. Prices are a little high unless you catch it on sale. Parking is easy to get in and out.

Terrible customer service. The woman at the framing dept. was absolutely rude and went out of her way to dismiss my questions while being extremely disrespectful toward me with a unfriendly attitude.
