As far as products go, they have a good selection. But as for the employees, rude & not helpful. One employee almost walked right into me so I moved so she wouldnt & she didnt even say sorry or excuse me. Then the cashier didnt greet me or ask if I found everything I was looking for, she didnt even took 2 of my items off because I asked if they were buy 1 get 1 50% off like on their website. She said I dont know so I said nevermind then. They lost a sale from me.

Used to be a favorite, however they changed items carried. Not great on craft items ( ex: I make stuffed animals, they used to carry felt and regular non-googlie eyes. Not anymore.) If you want fake flowers and boxed kids craft kits or scrapbook supplies then head over. Parking can be a challenge and only one handicap parking spot anywhere close to the door.

I love the collection at Michaels, but its always such a pain in the neck to get checked out. It seems no matter what time of day, what day of the week, theres always a really long line and checkers are slow as all get-out. Very frustrating! Makes me want to avoid it really.

Attended the creative camp kids classes here every Monday Wednesday and Friday with my daughter this summer. Mrs. Mary who ran the classes so was wonderful and patient with my kids, we miss having these classes so much! Wish they went all year long!!

I always have too much fun here. I go in for 2 things & come out with a bag full. If you are a crafter or you want gifts or baskets or artificial flowers this is the place to go. You can often find coupons for Michaels & they have great sales.

Had a custom frame made for a painting. They have a great selection and, more important, a framer with a great eye. Her recommendations were perfect, the price was reasonable, the job was ready to be picked up several days ahead of schedule.
