To Whom it may concern, I writing in regards to what has happened to me, I ordered not 1 one but 2 things of Fleece NFL fabric on line for Christmas gift one was the Green Bay Packers which was 3 yards and a Miami Dolphins which was 3 yards also on line with the special well before Christmas so I could of made these Fleece Blankets for my Family members. So a few days ago I received the first order in the mail and found out it was only plain fabric not the Fleece so I called to see what had happened and was told it was a mistake by the shipper in the warehouse and was told that our money would be refunded back on our card in about a week which I could understand mistakes can happen but when I received the 2 nd package which was also plain fabric not that I have to tell 1 family member but 2 family members about the screw up from your warehouse and now I am forced to try and find them something different at the last minute is hard to do seeing that we do not live close to those NFL Team which would have the fabric in your stores. I have done a lot of shopping on line this past year with your company and a lot in the store. This is poor customer service in my eyes when you order something on line it tells you if the items are available when it is not This caused some extra running around trying to find Dolphins and Packers items just a week before Christmas. I have been shopping at your store and making these throw blankets for everyone of my family members and got response from ordering on line to get what I needed but this time took the cake. I would of thought that one of your customer service reps would of offer to look at the stores inventory around the country and offered to send us the fleece at no extra charge seeing that it did not happen but twice. I know that Christmas is a very busy time for all but I would like to get the fleece from your company if you could find a way to make this happen I would be a happy Customer once again. Ive lived all over the country and shopped at dozens of Jo-Anns, but this has to be the saddest, most pathetic excuse for a Jo-Anns that I have come across yet. The store is small, they never have any of the craft items that Im looking for, the selection on the products they do carry is poor and the staff is vaguely apathetic. Sometimes I forget how much I hate this store and go in thinking, "I just need a few sheets of vellum" or "Armour Etch is pretty common, they should have it". But no, I always leave there feeling annoyed, knowing I should have just driven to Amherst in the first place.

The service here is really really terrible!! Theres hardly ever anyone working the floor. And the people that do work cant help you when you need it because they cant even answer your questions. If you dont know anything about crafts and such, than u shouldnt be working here. They have a poor selection of everything. Id rather spend the extra money in gas to drive somewhere else for good customer service and someone that knows what they are talking about.

Nice little store. They usually have everything I need- I mostly buy paint and they have a good selection and decent prices. I do wish that they would re-stock the paint brushes more often though. They dont always have a ton of staff working and sometimes I have to call someone to come up to the register but there usually arent many people in the store so I can see why. I usally dont have to wait hardly at all. I work nearby so I come here very often.

Very organized place, lots of crafty crafts but pretty pricy. Im more a tools and technology guy so my own personal biases are holding back that 5th star. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They only smiled and giggled at my almost 2 year old and I as we unpacked half the beanie babies from the rack. We cleaned up after our playtime.

Maybe Im spoiled with the Buffalo stores, but this location is not remarkable. Loud music, felt disorganized and untidy. The cashier was friendly.
