I have never been to a michaels before but if its as slow and uncaring as this location I dont plan to ever go back no matter how many employees saw me waiting or that I tried to flag down no one had time for me. I watched several employees in the back chat while I tried to get their attention out front to ask them the simple ? Of what frame in their jumbled section was 22x28 and no one could do it in 15 to 20 minutes. BAD

Im very satisfied with the service, efficiency, cleanliness, etc in this store. I am a customer at least once a week, and enjoy coming in every time. The only complaint I would have is that I use a lot of certain types of ribbon, and because I buy them out often, they do not always have replacements soon after.

Organized, clean, staff is mostly helpful. Prices are too high for more goods than would be necessary to justify the stores selection. Frequent discount coupons with purchase help to make up for this.
