Got my SUV from them in January of 2015. Theres many great things I can say about the car, the price, payments (I can actually afford!!) they worked with my particular situation and got me into this great car That fit my family and budget. The biggest difference i have seen between them and other lots is that i noticed there was a problem with it within a week...called my salesman and even though I bought it "as is" he set me up with a mechanic and it was promptly fixed. This car has taken me all over Indiana and is driven daily with absolutely NO PROBLEMS! Im not planning on parting with it anytime soon but, when I do Ill definitely go back and purchase from them again

Looked at a Camaro there some years back. While negotiating a price he had me write a figure down on a piece of paper showing the top price I would pay. When I later told him I would go home and think about it his whole demeanor changed. He held up the paper and told me that I had already agreed to buy the car, like that piece of paper was a contract or something. I guess being a single female he thought he could intimidate me into buying the car. As I said, it was some years back but he still works there. Beware. Not sure why the owner goes along with sales tactics of that sort.

Extremely rude people that will hound you about everything. Nothing is sacred in your privacy either. They contacted to find out what insurance I had on my vehicle without my permission. I will report them to the BBB if they were even a creditable business. Tried to tell the person everything was correct with the insurance as per the sales person I bought it from and she became rude and hung up on me. Do not do or even considering doing business in a shady excuse for a dealership like this one.

I am now on my third car from FTC and Ive had similar bad experiences with some of the staff and car quality. But recently, I had an issue happen with my vehicle that I thought I was gonna get screwed over on, but didnt. FTC actually stepped up and showed that they do care about their customers. Adrian, especially, is a great guy. Very kind, helpful, and just genuine.

Sold me a totaled vehicle but had a clean title. Couldnt even tell. Went in for an alignment a couple years later. They couldnt get the front end properly aligned. After some looking into, found the frame was bent. Cost to repair was going to be over half of the cost of the truck. Will never go back to them!

The owners are evil snakes. Shes rude, the employees are rude, their business practices are despicable. I wouldnt buy a glass of water from them if I was on fire.
