Currently deployed to Afghanistan, I started the sales process with internet salesman Tim Struck. He seemed like a friendly and accommodating person over the phone and through a few emails. As I was trying to negotiate a price through email with Tim for my car purchase, the owner, JEREMY HARDWICK (who apparently also had access to the email account Tim was using), responded to an email intended for Tim. Not only did he insert himself into our conversation, but he also did it in a very rude manner - first accusing me of making false statements about our negotiations and then insulting my intelligence with a condescending statement of "We have nothing to do with your tax." This raises an eyebrow as it was also around midnight on a Saturday night when I was receiving these emails - being rude to a customer through passive aggressive emails and losing his salesman Tim a sale. I was taken aback by the owner, JEREMY HARDWICKs, extreme lack of professionalism with customers and disregard for his own staff. I highly suggest that you stay away from Georgetown Auto Sales, as it is owned by a toxic individual.

They dont deserve any stars not even one but I wanted to make this post to save any future customers a trip so they received one star just so I could post my experience, I have a 2007 Dodge Charger R/T HEMI purchased in January of 2016 and a week after having the car the engine was knocking, no heat for a month, the wiring in the car needed to be fixed and none of these things were mentioned when I asked before purchasing it and test driving it and looking at previous paperwork ,they are very unprofessional and they dont care about the service to their customer, as a member of the US Army I would expect more respect and intelligence instead of stupidity from a so called car dealership but I would suggest never going to this establishment because its definitely not a place of business especially in regards to Jeremy and Clint stating to me and my significant other,"Your money means nothing to us"

I wish I had read the reviews first on here! This place is a joke! I bought a 2000 Dodge Durango less than 30 days ago from Tim, the first salesman was very rude! After all the lies they told I took the vehicle less than 5 miles down the road and it broke down, they said it was a fuel floater and would fix it! Never did! Said I only paid 4500 for it anyway and was as is! These people are a joke! Needless to say the Durango needed 1000s of dollars of work so I lost all my money & gave the vehicle back! Crooks!!! They deserve no stars but had to put one to post this!!!

The guys at Georgetown Auto Sales are so helpful and friendly! My husband and I have purchased 2 cars from them and each time the process was so efficient and easy! They found both cars for us and they were exactly what we both wanted! If I had any questions or concerns about our cars or how they were running I could call them up or stop by the lot and get the problem fixed! They are so helpful and are willing to work with the customer and their price range! They are very trustworthy!

Horrible. The best way to describe my experience. The people who work there are arrogagnat and rude. They are over priced and refuse to negotiate. I bought a vehicle from them and I have put so much money into it to fix it. Then when you take it back because its under warranty, they halfass the work. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone searching for a vehicle. This place will rip you off deaf, dumb, and blind.

By far the quickest car deal I have ever experienced. Worked directly with the GM. They gave me the space I needed to make a decision, and did not come off as desperate to sell a car. Also, they gave me a very fair offer on my trade with their FIRST offer, not the old game of "we lowball you, then see if you counter" GREAT EXPERIENCE!
