Worst car lot to buy from !!!!! my son has a wife and 3 kids and desperately needed a good reliable car this has been by far the worst experience ever ! the car is in the shop more then its on the road leaving the family stranded on the side of the road and for work more then several times in the few shorts months they have had it the moter even went and they still wont let them pick a different car without loosing the money they put down they have also asked for paper work to prove that they are in fact working on it and told them they dont have any !!! Sounds shady to me and yes they make there payment while having nothing to drive I believe at this point its a death trap and they are in danger !!! Please do not buy a car from this place yes the people are nice but the cars are junk and they take advantage of young people with babies that dont know any better I wish they had a nostar option for this review and please stay away from this place !!!! We cant even get to talk to the owner to see if they will help them get out of this without loosing the thousands of dollars they put down .

I have NEVER and I do mean NEVER missed a car payment. Yet when my car started acting funny I had to take it to them numerous times for SAME issue. Numerous times!!!!!! The first time they gave me a car off the lot to drive while mines was supposedly getting fixed. The belt on that popped and I had to get that fixed before going back to pick of my vehicle. After the second time I went back again, they told me car was fixed 3 days later same issues. 3rd time I went back they did give me gas for traveling a hr and a half back and forth which I appreciate. My car had to go back again for the same issue AGAIN which they lied and said was fixed on the first couple of times I went there. I asked could I get a car to drive while they worked on mine because it would be 3 hours, and their reply was we dont loan out our vehicles which is somewhat understandable BUT if my vehicle was fixed the first time like they claimed I would not have had to even be here. I am beyond frustrated with them. I will never buy here again!!!!!!!

Came out to test drive a car. The lady and some guy named Chris refused to show me the car because she said if I purchase a car from them and she sees someone else driving it, she is going to take the car. After debating with this clueless woman about full coverage insurance policies, she finally conceded that as long as they are listed on my policy, legally she cant control who drives the car. Has she never heard of a parent purchasing a car for his/her kid? If she is the owner, kudos to her for deciding thats the type business she wants to run. If she isnt, then she should be fired for negatively effecting the company brand. Im going to buy a car, but it wont be from her. This has to be the most unprofessional place to buy a car.

Only gave a one because there wasnt an option for a ZERO. I will be going on every outlet I can about the FRAUDULENT car lot! They shut your vehicle off driving down the road then claim that it is impossible.... yet the officer driving behind me whom had to stop because my car stopped set on Hey 17 with me.while calling to get the car switched back on. LAWSUIT times FIVE per the officer being there were also four toddlers in the vehicle. We all couldve been killed.

My daughter got a car less than 2 weeks ago already having problems tried to take it back the next day the response we get is you not getting any money back if I would have known that I would have never inquired her to go there now its broke down beside the road the tire have wire sticking out now something has to be done.
