The employees are terrific. The customers are terrible. They were trashing the store, the employees had no way to keep up, it was insane how disrespectful the customers were at this Polo store. Literally bumping into others with an attitude like (you best be movin outta my way) I will never go back and it has everything to do with the people that are there. Never take your kids or women to this store. It definitely needs some sort of armed security.

I was not blown away at the outlet prices. Some items were being offered at a 30 to 40% off ticketed price but many items were sticker price and I did not think the pricing was that much of a bargain. Compared to the Polo store located in Destin Florida, the prices here are not as good. They do have a good selection and the quality of the clothing is great, but do not expect to be blown away with outlet prices like you can find at other places.

The associates are very patient and professional, and very polite even when the place is packed. The stores service and personnel are exceptional, love going there and they always have some kind of deal going.

It is usually very busy in here, and is hard to find an employee to get help. But, the employees we have dealt with seem nice. I like the fact that there is a big and tall mens section here.
