We went to this store for 2 new iPhones. We spoke to Colin (assistant manager) & Andrea (manager) who suggested we get Digital tv & the alarm system which we did. The installers were either a no show, or 5 hours late. This went on for several appointments. We also had to pay $179 for a deadbolt lock which Colin told us he would refund & never did. Horrible service by Andrea & Colin. We would call them & got no help. I wish we had kept our Uverse & never met Colin & Andrea. I dont recommend this store.

AT&Tt you have deceived me for the last time. You wonder why you are losing customers daily causing your stock prices to fall? Look no further than not following through on your promises. I spend $300 a month on DirecTV and AT&T wireless service, but I am breaking up with you. I look forward to sharing my experience with everyone willing to listen.

Ive frequented this location, especially during the Galaxy Note 7 debacle. Throughout this, the staff has been more than accommodating, even letting me stay well past store close for me to get the files from my old phone to new phone.

Very rude staff and management. They mixed up our phones and numbers. We had to call customer care to get it fixed. Im thinking about going back to t mobile if this treatment keeps up.
