I took my puppy Jack here for training class and the staff are always smiling and helpful. Ive had multiple members of the staff help me find what I need for Jack, even helping with trying on new harnesses for him. I love that they always ask before giving him a treat. I hate when people offer my dog things without checking with me. My only complaint is that the selection isnt as great as some of the other places Ive gone to for supplies and toys. Often I walk out empty handed because what Im looking for or need for him just cant be found in that store.

Great service, took my spooky easy to freak out Mastiff and trimmed his nails with no problems. Very nice staff, understood my dog was very afraid after being rescued from an abusive home and didnt hesitate to trim him even when I warned him he might be snappy. Refused to muzzle him and managed to coax him onto the table without my help. I was able to shop while they took good care of him. I will be bringing him back again and we have a new regular place for this.

HORRIBLE GROOMING!! Our Cocker spaniel puppy (11 months) looks like CRAP! He had a patch of razor burn on his face as well. And it took 6 hours! (and just for the record he is timid and calm, no all wiggly and nippy like some. Hes very well mannered) We had to keep going back and they kept adding more time. NEVER AGAIN. My dog had diahrrea after. I dont think he likes it either. If I could rate it properly Id give it NEGATIVE stars. No way will we go back.

Everytime I take my Black German Shepherd Ava there, there is always a friendly staff member, who takes the time to help in getting my girl on the right path to trusting people again after being abused. They will sit or kneel in the aisle and talk to her. This has actually begun to help. By the time we leave, she is more relaxed and comfortable with her surroundings.

Grabbed my dog food and was at the register and no one was there. A employee saw me and literally RAN to the register to take care of me. That made my day! Plus he was really funny and asked if I needed help getting the food to my car. Less than 10 mins in that store and it was worth my time.

Policies are not clearly stated on-line for grooming. Had to waste my time going in their early in the morning to be told they couldnt take care of my dogs. Staff didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. Manager on duty was rude and lazy as usual. I will not be using this store anymore.

Banfield here is particularly slow. Took my dog in for routine vaccines and waited an hour to get them. Not really what I expected with an appointment. Probably wont be coming back here.

Friendly, wide variety of pet supplies, I like the feel of the store. I do feel prices are sometimes high. But they have quality products and I just pick and choose what I can afford.

I used the Grooming Salon for my Bichon I always have Luba take care of my animal and she is the best groomer around my dogs have never had anyone other than Luba to groom them.

Grooming was terrible, it took 3+ hours for them to "groom" my small dog. Horrible experience for both my dog and myself, will never go back for grooming or recommend them.
