There are some great stores here (ABC store, Fresh Market, Dollar Store, Wildfour Cafe, etc.) but the parking and traffic routing on both the upper and lower level is a nightmare. Its hard to get in or out unless you know the easiest way from repeated visits. They recently redid both the upper and lower areas traffic routing in the lot, and its as bad, if not worse than before. The signage is so tiny that nobody pays attention and still there is the same confusion about who is supposed to go where, and I see constant near accidents. I like individual stores here, but the company that owns the lot itself has always mismanaged the shopping center as far as parking and pedestrian safety. Since this is a review about the entire shopping center, Ill review individual businesses on their individual listings.

I like the shops because the boutiques carry clothes that are not found in the malls. I like originality and value quality. The variety of business is great. The parking lot is confusing and hard to navigate and parking can be limited at various times of the day. The Brandon Avenue entrance/exit sits on a hill and a curve. I can be be dangerous and harrowing to exit the Mall from that location Id recommend exiting from 23rd Street. The traffic on Colonial Avenue is usually busy during the day from street traffic to traffic exiting the interstate to college traffic and the construction in the area isnt helping congestion issues.

The shopping center is constantly in renewal. You can eat and treat yourself here, but you can also work it off afterwards. There are stores for your pantry and your pets, for the hippie in you and the techie, too. The selection in this shopping center is amazing and dont miss out on the casual space with free WiFi in the center promenade. Great job Towers, keep it up.

Towers is an ever-growing plaza with lots of great shops. Food is a major draw in the form of a wide selection of restaurants. Fresh Market is also excellent. Because of its recent growth and addition of new attractions, traffic is becoming a problem on the southern (higher) side, particularly at lunch time where the three small entrances become very congested.

Parking lot is always very busy, both levels. Nice public bathroom behind Smoothie King. Good variety of stores, fast food, Kroger with gas and pharmacy, Fresh Market, CVS, coffee shop, ABC store, gym, home goods, urgent care, jewelry store, fabric & craft store, the list goes on. And do not miss the smaller shops inside too!

Much larger than it seems at first, includes a large indoor area as well as the stores visible from the road, which include Kroger, CVS, JoAnn Fabrics, a cupcake shop, a frozen yogurt shop, a Chinese restaurant, a nice cafe, a shoe store, a clothing boutique, a Wells Fargo druve-thru and more.

This is a very nice shopping center with a wide selection of stores and restaurants. Everything from Kroger and a Fresh Market, to crafts and decor. Navigateing the place is a bit tricky and crowded... but the fact that its crowded, should say something for the variety of stores here.

Many useful shops located there. My favorite: Planet Fitness, Fresh Market, Kroger, Tuesday Morning, Jo-Anns, Dollar Tree, Busha-Flora, Hallmark, Chipotle, Sweet Frog, UPS Store, and Mission Barbecue. There are a dozen or more shops I havent tried yet. Good parking.

Very nice variety of shopping choices. The new traffic and parking patterns are a bit confusing and often end up with tangles. A bit overcrowded for parking during holidays. Stores are open good hours and there is 24 hour access to banking and grocery

Has some nice stores, the Kroger here needs a good cleaning. The middle part of towers mall need cleaning and the bathrooms needs to be cleaned and need to be monitored one time a homeless person was in there playing with himself so becareful.

Love this local little mall! It has some of the best restaurants, which makes it a great one stop for lunch and groceries. Located close to the hospital, its a convenient place for visiting family to grab food.

It has too many food places not enough shopping. The parking is awful. During certain hours parking is impossible! They did a really good job fixing it up. It has a place to sit, relax and chat on the inside.

Recently renovate and almost every storefront is full. Good choice of shopping and some great places to eat. Chipotle, Mission BBQ, Fosters Grill, Ci-Cis, Wild Flour, Great Wall and McCallisters to name a few.

An older mall, but its newly remodeled and clean. A couple of really good restaurants make it worth going out of your way to stop here. Wildflour in particular is a great place for a quick but delicious meal.

Towers is a great place to get a variety of anything: food, shopping, groceries, or even a healthy smoothie at Smoothie King. I would suggest stopping by if you are either in town or a Roanoke resident.

I live the smaller Malls because there is less of a crowd and gives me plenty of time to look around . There are all kinds of nice stores in this mall. One good one plus I can always find parking .

Theyve done a lot of work over the last few years and it has paid off. Unfortunately whoever designed the parking on the upper level made it practically impossible to safely exit.

Parking and maneuvering through the shopping center is confusing if you arent familiar with the traffic patterns. Variety of local shops and restaurants. Easy access from 581.

Strip mall with many places to eat and what used to be a high end grocery store that has been declining over the past year. Such a shame as it was were I did all my shopping.

Ok places at best. Always super crowded and the traffic is horrible. Kroger here always seems to be under construction, only a handful of helpful employees here.

Love the changes at Towers, miss the Dollar Store but would not mind if Joann Fabrics expanded. Also McAlisters restaurant has great food, reasonable pricing
