Okay this is a good but Loud park. A quick trip to Illinois. Ended up a bit mad. I take my kids to Gurnee, Illinois. For a visit and to get my sunglasses. The lady who was offering something like donuts was super nice. It was good to. This is a bit of a big mall. I just got my sunglasses for 100-300$. So I let my kids play in.........well....the play place in the middle of the hall (No not in McDonalds). So I left my glasses and went to get something. Some food. Thats when someone STOLE my glasses. No they did not disappear like magic or Pony Power. THEY WAS STOLEN! So I came here for nothing. I would of got the police {on VERY little chances}, but I knew it wouldnt be worth it. They might just think Im faking this all out. So, Im not coming back here! By the way, have an item ever been stolen for you in this mall? *Sigh*

Not as good as the multi-level malls around Chicago. Its a single-level mall in the shape of a Z. The people who visit this mall are mostly Hispanic (about 75-80%). At times we were getting cut off and walked around rudely by a few who just didnt care. The food court is interesting, because of the flashy design, but doesnt have any of the popular fast food places and not too many choices. They do have a large colorful Rainforest Café and Bass Pro Outdoor World which are both a big plus! There are plenty of rest areas at various points with comfy couches and chairs. Overall, its worth stopping by to check out but not worth going to often, especially when really busy, because the crowds can be hard to deal with.

I helped build this place! incredible shopping experience with every store imaginable. Great place for healthy long walks too. over a mile of corridor outlet stores and inside access to big box stores and my favorite, Bass Pro Shops and the super cool aquarium with monster sized bass, catfish, pike and panfish. Indoor ranges and the most amazing trout streams winding about with huge browns and rainbow trout. They have several food courts with outstanding world cuisine as well as inside access to satellite restaurants like Red Robin and Ruby Tuesday. Great cinema complex too. Shop, eat, walk and then see a movie!

Meh. It is just a big mall. Nothing unique for shopping. There is a small ice rink and sort of carnival arcade at this mall. Not much for deals on brand names or department store items. Both food courts are copies of each other and smell of hot oil and grease. Think a greasy wok place and Great Steak & Potato kind of things. If going to the Rainforest Cafe gift shop is going to be the pinnacle of your day, then enjoy. I took a minute to marvel that Things Remembered still exists, strangely unchanged from the 1980s. I got a pair of sneakers at the New Balance store for $35 and bailed to Portillos for lunch.

My husband and I love to come here. We come for the specialty stores, the play at the arcade with the kids, and to try different foods. It is a long walk so be prepared to hold your stuff or see about bringing or getting a cart if you plan on doing any larger purchases. You can rent strollers here. Wish we could rent a cart sometimes because it really does hurt your hands and arms carrying bags after a while. A fun experience though!

This mall is the biggest & best mall around! The selection of stores offered here is amazing.. you wont find some of these stores anywhere else but @ Gurnee Mills! Off Broadway shoes, Nike outlet, H&M outlet, Fossil outlet & Shoe Dept Encore are ones I cant miss. The prices are lower than their regular stores outside the mall. I travel from the South of Chicago to go here & I never leave empty handed. Love love love this mall!!

Stopped in Polo, Levis and Saks Off 5rh and noone sells carpenter cut jeans any longer. The new styles look gay imo. Finally found the type of pants I like, Carhartt, carpenter cut even at Bass Pro. Ecko is gone? Checking things out now Ill update later I have been blessed with unparalleled vision for deer and evil! ALL GLORY GOES TO GOD ... Without the Lord Jesus Christ I am nothing! Check Out my GREATNESS on YOUTUBE!

I like the mall it has a very good selection of stores in just dont like the selection in the food courts. The one by Macys is the best looking but not much variety food wise ( 1 McDonalds, 1 Pizza place, Charleys and Subway same kind of food and 3 Chinese restaurants "3"!) I wish they have a better variety. And the other food court well not much variety ether since half the spaces and empty and it just looks old.

It was freezing inside, I was approached by a security guard who was followed me for quite some time asked me to remove my hoodie right when got into food court, if anyone else wants to fild a joint law suite againts gurnee mills please get in touch. I did not see a single sticker or a sign that says hoodies are prohibited. I bet if an arab woman covered entirely would enter the store nobody would say anything

This is a HUGE mall! Its also a beautiful facility. It would make for an excellent walking route if you need additional exercise. My only complaint is that it seemed really loud when I went - - probably since its incredibly busy (popular) and a lot of things are going on at once. I appreciate that there are multiple places to get a food or beverage, though... its not just limited to the food court here.

This place has been my go-to mall for the past 10 years. They recently renovated the place and the dining areas and bathroom are really nice. The only problem I had recently is that they didnt sell gloves anywhere except for Bass Pro.. Kohls had a sad excuse for a gloves section; there was one pitiful 4-way near the store entrance with a small section of ladies gloves. I ended up buying online.

Ive been going to this mall since I was little almost 10 years Im loving the upgrades but now the Mc Donalds & Taco Bell are gone and I wonder why because they had the mostly service. The only good place to eat in the food courts is Cajun Grill. its a good place to kill time. most stores I go in the service is amazing. just wish I would have to go outside the mall for an basic meal.

Be aware that this is a large mall and walking the whole thing will take a fair amount of time and energy. It can get pretty crowded at the usual times, too. Theres a pretty nice selection of outlet stores, but not all of them are really "outlets" in the normal sense; just regular stores in an outlet mall. But bargains can be had if one has a mind to seek them out. Bon chance!

Nice size mall with outlet store pricing. The main drawback is that their signage needs to be created. We walked around and searched for various stores with minimal map directory or signs that catch the eye easily. Maybe its their way of keeping you in to spend more money. Either way, Im used to malls this size having signs up so you know where stores are.
