I purchased a 2007 Nissan Titan from Prime Autos. It was my 26th lifetime vehicle purchase - 15 new and 11 used over the past 30 years. I honestly can NEVER recall having a better buying experience than I did with Julian and Charlie at Prime Autos! Julian is brutally honest about his vehicles, more trustworthy than any used vehicle dealership I have ever dealt with. We took a comprehensive look at the Titan and Julian explained everything that had been done to get the vehicle ready after he brought it into the dealership. I am usually unwillingly to trade vehicles, but Julian offered me an excellent deal on my trade. He knew I had researched the value of my vehicle in-depth so no haggling was involved in the negotiation. Although Julian started the paperwork, Charlie jumped in to make quick and efficient work of everything. I cannot think of another vehicle transaction that I have completed in 30+ years that went so smoothly! Thanks so much Julian and Charlie! I will definitely be back the next time I am in the market for a used vehicle! One final note: we left our garage remote in the vehicle we traded. I dropped Julian and Charlie an email on Saturday evening and offered to pay for the shipping. They refused to take anything and had my remote in the mail Monday morning...and it showed up Tuesday...truly outstanding customer service!!! Thanks so much!

Me and my family have purchased vehicles from Julian and Charlie since they opened up years ago, and we could not be happier with the product and services we have received. These are very real, down to earth people who go out of their way to give the customer the vehicle the customer wants, not the other way around. Julian gives the customer all of the details on every vehicle he sells, even if a vehicle has downsides, he makes sure that you know what you are buying, and offers comparative alternatives as well. I purchased my first vehicle ever here, I also recently purchased a new car here that I love, and I still have my Kia Rio I purchased here in 2010, never have I had to take this car to a mechanic, just basic upkeep. Both of my brothers have cars from Prime autos, my parents have a vehicle they just purchased here. We continue to come back for a reason. The cars are handpicked, the prices are competitive, and we feel like family here. Although I know I will not need a vehicle in a very long time, I can assure you that as long as Prime Autos exist, that is where I get my vehicle. Honest, dependable, good people, I would recommend this business to anyone looking, or even slightly considering buying a car. Julian and Charlie have something to offer everyone.

I want to thank Julian and Charlie for excellent service during my recent purchase with your dealership. Julian was very kind and patient with me during my purchase. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect with my purchase. He knew this was going to be a gift for my daughter for graduation. From the moment I came into contact with him on his car lot, he was very customer friendly. He was not out just sell me any car. He offered his assistance and allowed me to look around with out being hassled. When I was ready he was ready to answer all questions that I had. We had stopped by because my Mother wanted a newer vehicle. She had not up her mind to which vehicle she wanted but we were just looking. Julian met us on the lot and showed Mom a couple cars and the Ford Escape had caught her eyes but now which one should she get. Julian had a one owner black Escape with a very nice equipment package. Mom is not really a techie so some of that was not attractive to mom. it was cool for me. I am a guy so. Mom did like the Black paint job so when it came to the wheeling and dealing I let Mom and Julian work that out. A Deal was made and it was decied she would pick it up the next week. Charlie made all the paperwork go swiftly and smoothly. I had my eyes on the Black Impala on the lot. long story short. I eventually ended up driving home the Impala and traded my previous car. I truly enjoy this car. Oh yeh my new car is Black as well. yoo hoo 2 great vehicles. Found 2 friends as well. What more can you hope for? Thank you

I recently purchased a 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Prime Autos of Hagerstown MD, and my experience was very good. I had been in contact with Julian over the weekend before I purchased the vehicle to find out more about it and when I could come to see the vehicle. During my whole experience viewing the car everything I saw online was exactly what I saw in person. the vehicle was actually in better condition than I expected! Julian took the time to tell me about the vehicles history as a corporate fleet work truck and the most recent maintenance, he had all the information I needed ready for me to help streamline and simplify the entire buying process, making my first experience with Prime Autos a very positive one! I went to Prime Auto with my daughter to purchase her 2010 Pontiac G6. What a great place to do business. Julian the lot owner and his wife were great to work with in every aspect. Great looking cars on the lot and they really took the time to show us their inventory with no pressure. The whole experience was great. If you are looking to buy a car I recommend you check them out. You will be glad you did. Found out a few days after my daughter purchased the car the the windshield washer sprayers didnt work. I called Julian first words out of his mouth were " bring it back and he would take care of it". He called me back told me he ordered the replacement parts and would call me when the parts arrived. When the parts came in he called and we set up an appointment time and he replaced the parts at no cost to my daughter. Great place to buy a car.

This family owned business goes the extra mile! The owner returned my call on his day off and stayed late to meet me because I was coming from out of town. Very pleasant to deal with and very honest... Which is hard to find these days. I would definitely come back to this dealership. Dont be fooled because this is a small privately owned business... They are way better than any franchise dealer that just wants to push any old car on you. They have low overhead which equates to low prices and smart deals. Julian is a pro and he knows what hes doing. His wife Charlie is also very pleasant and helpful. If they dont answer the phone, they are probably selling another car! Dont worry, they will call you right back. This is just one great place to buy a car. I mean it... I have bought a lot of cars over the years and these guys are the best!
