I would totally recommend Stevenson Honda Pre-Owned Center. To start off, I was getting the run around at Stevenson Mazda of Wilmington and was lied to numerous times by Stevenson Mazda as one minute they told me I was approved along with my trade in and a certain amount on money down and the next minute after a week of excitement and going in to do all the paperwork, I was told ON THE FINAL DAY TO GO PICK UP THE CAR, which was a kia optima, that I needed more money down. For a weeks straight of trying to get into a car that would best suit me, a car that I loved, I was lied to and when I went in to find out what happened, everyone had a stupid look on their face and was like.... "oh im sorry, we just found out by the bank." Really?; after a week of talking to them and dealing with them, they just found out that I would need more money down, lol yeah, right. A bunch of liars. So I refused to give up and went right down the street to Stevenson Honda Pre-Owned because Id seen a few cars along the front of the parking lot that were absolutely beautiful. So just pulled in their parking lot browsing while on the phone with my friend being all upset about what Stevenson Mazda did and my friend told me to calm down and that all Stevensons work together, that something was going to work out and that Stevenson is just one family that works together along the coast. Just as my friend said that, one of the managers, Rick came around the corner of the building and found me all upset and asked me what was wrong. I told him what happened and he told me to come inside and as a result, he led me to the best that refused to give up and that was, Ashley Foss and Finance Manager, Guder Quezada also known as GQ. These two were determined that I wasnt going to leave their parking lot without a sense of happiness and/or satisfaction. So we searched, searched and searched and oh my goodness did they take me by a surprise when they put me in beautiful, fabulous 2013 Honda Accord!!! When I tell you that I am in love, I seriously mean that. And on top of that, I dont owe much on it at all and they got me right at the monthly payment range where I wanted to be. I love Steven Honda Pre-Owned Center! So if you want great Customer Satisfaction and great people like Ashley Foss and GQ to put you in your "dream car" or close to "dream car" go to Stevenson Honda Pre-Owned off Market Street and at least get the chance to meet Ashley and GQ, also the rest of the staff because I can assure you, youre going to leave happy! And my credit looked like s**t, and im being so serious, and they still were able to put me in a newer vehicle, something I didnt even think was possible....but they did. I am a living witness that anything is positively possible when doing business with a fantastic car lot such as Stevenson Honda Pre-Owned off Market Street. Ill definitely be back, in a few years that is.

I definitely wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. I had been checking out a car online for this lot for a few weeks, but hadnt actually gone to the lot to see it. I was still debating because the one thing I dread is spending all day at a car dealership. I inquired about the car via email. I received a response via email & phone call within 24 hrs asking when I would like to set up an appt to go to the dealership to test drive the car. I decided to go on a Sunday when they were closed to physically look at the car to make sure I would even be interested in the car so that I wouldnt be wasting their or my time if I wasnt. Well, I went 2 Sundays in a row & the car wasnt on the lot, so after the second Sunday I call the sales guy letting him know that I had went to check out the car, but it wasnt on the lot. He stated that they had it in the shop putting new tires on it. His story sounded fishy to me because the pics online for 3 weeks had a pic of the tires that looked brand new so I took a look at the Carfax and it stated they had just put new tires on it a month before, so why would they be putting more new tires on the car? But, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and set up a time to look at the car. To my surprise the car had quite a bit of scratches on it (the car was only 3 yrs old) so I had decided I was no longer interested in the car, but the sales guy promised me they would cover/fix the scratches to where I wouldnt even know the car had any. Long story short...I purchased the car and the sales guy supposedly had the scratches covered/fixed. Well, after getting home with the car and getting a better/closer look at my car and also having another professional look at my car I was not happy with the outcome. They missed quite a bit of scratches & took a paint touch up pen to others which I could have done myself & a better job of doing. I was also told there was some kind of overspray on my car that I should have asked them to get off as well. I feel like they did as little as possible just so they could hurry to have it done. I have texted my sales guy twice concerning this & also asking if the car had another key being that I was only given one, & when I purchased the car he had stated he would check for the other key. He still has not responded & I left a voicemail with the sales mgr & no response from him as well, but before I even went to look at the car I received a few emails & several calls from the sales guy asking me to come to the lot..now that they got their sale they dont seem to care & I am unable to get them to to contact me. I will never do business with them ever again and dont recommend anyone to buy a car from them. Awful service!

I went to Stevenson Honda because of a vehicle I saw online, that vehicle was not for sale because it was going to Whole Sale due to damage on the vehicle. Kevin was a helpful salesman who drove around all of their property to find me a similar vehicle. Nothing really compared unless it was double our price range. I told him I wasnt in a rush and to call when they got a trade that met our criteria. Kevin called me a week later with a trade that we were interested in. We bought the vehicle after negotiating the price. They gave us a "military discount" that put the vehicle still at the top end of what it was worth. Kevin explained that dealerships are usually on the higher end of the price range because it cost them money to go through their different departments. If it wasnt for their unbeatable life time warranty we would have never bought this car. We even bought "the wrap" warranty including more things. We left the car there over night to get "detailed" because it wasnt cleaned yet. Kevin said they could have it done by the time my husband was done financing it, but we requested to leave it over night, because we didnt want them to rush cleaning it. We picked it up the next day, and Im not exaggerating when I say the Splash-N-Dash does a better wash for $6. I called Kevin to ask when I could drop it off to go through the "detailing" again. "Detailing" is a generous stretch for what these people do. Kevin was very pleasant, apologetic, and easy to work with this whole process. We dropped it off over night again and my husband picked the car up the next day. I will post a few pictures from AFTER it went in to get cleaned a second time so you can form your own opinion. Note the before and after picture of a stain on the seat was a stain that they assured my husband they tried their best to get it out so I gently rubbed it off with a BABY WIPE? We do not regret buying this vehicle. Kevin was great to deal with, and the detailing department shouldnt reflect on him. He offered to have them clean it a third time, but that seems unnecessary considering their skill level after cleaning it twice.
