SEE THE TIRE SIZE DIFFERENCE IN THE PHOTO I POSTED ON HERE. LEFT IS MINIMUM SIZE RATED FOR MY CAR. RIGHT IS WHAT THEY SOLD ME AND I HAD A BLOW OUT! I bought a 2011 SUV form this place almost 3 months ago to this day. They told me that they had just replaced the windshield and put 2 new tires on the car. Fast forward, Yesterday I had a blow out while driving but luckily did not get into a wreck. So I try to put the spare on but find all the lug bolts completely rusted on. So I get on google maps and find a discount tire within 1mile. I decide to limp the vehicle there in 5oclock traffic with hazards on as long as I didnt hear rim on pavement. I finally make it and go inside to purchase a tire. Discount tire inspects all the tires and then we head back inside. They then try and gently break the news to me that the tires that are on the 5000lb SUV are under rated for the vehicles weight. So they legally could not sell me a matching tire size and put it on. They tell me I cant even buy just one proper sized tire because I have an AWD drive train and one normal sized tire with 3 undersized tires would destroy my differential. Regardless I bought this vehicle because of its ability to tow 8000lbs thank god I havent tried to tow anything with these little tires on it or who knows what may have happen. So I call up the dealership and tell them whats going on and the guy I speak to tells me this is above his pay grade and I should call back tomorrow when the boss is around and that I should also speak with the salesboy who sold me the car. So I leave my car in Discount tires parking lot and have my wife come pick me up. I then call the next day, which is today and they tell me the salesboy hasnt gotten in yet. So after multiple tries I finally get a hold of him around 11am. I explain the situation calmly and he tells me he will have to talk to the boss and get back with me. So I wait, and wait, and wait. 2hr later im tired of waiting so I call back and he tells me, "oh yea, the boss isnt in yet." Im like its 1:00pm and he isnt in yet?. So I asked what time he thought he would be in and he tells me around 2:30-3pm he should be in. So I wait and wait....and 4:30pm rolls around and he still hasnt called back. Meanwhile im stranded and had to call out of work today. So I finally pick up the phone and call him again. This time he tells me the boss still isnt in. Im like, come on there has to be a General Manager or someone there who has some authority to make a call. I tell him this is one of the main reasons I bought from a dealership and not a private party, so if some bizarre situation like this happened I knew I would be covered and not on my own. He tells me that they were thinking about calling a dealership thats local to me(Im in Charlotte) to see if they can try and get me a deal on some tires but they definitely will NOT be buying new tires for me and righting their wrong even though its a major safety hazard and Ive only had the car 3month. I had even told him I would drive the 3 remaining good tires back to him so they could use them on other vehicles that they are actually meant for. So I take a deep breath and explain my next course of action and then he hangs up on me. (No curse words were said by either party) Well, here I am. Im off to the BBB next and then after that the DMV.(My source tells me Monday b/w 8-10am is when I need to call the DMV about a dealership that selling undersized unsafe tires on their vehicles causing blowouts on the highway). Dont ignore all the horrible reviews this place has on here like I did. There is a good chance you may end up regretting it like I am. Well, now I get to go shell out $830.14 for 4 brand new tires 3months after buying it from a DEALERSHIP! ALSO this vehicle is/was equipped with rain sensors that automatically turned on the windshield wipers, not anymore. When they replaced the windshield they didnt replace the sensor and now they dont work I found out. I didnt even call and complain about that even tho its directly their fault

We went to look at a car at this dealership. IT was about an hour drive from where we live. When we arrived the sales person (if that is what you want to call it) handed me keys and a dealer tag and sent me on my way, didnt go pick it up and bring it up front and didnt even know where on the lot it was. After finding the car we walked around it and were very disappointed with the appearance. Very bad scratches, dents, all 4 wheels had curb rash, and the under carriage was rusty. This was a 2004 Acura TL with 76000 miles. They were asking $500 less than NADA clean retail. After walking the car, we took it to a local tech to have them complete a pre purchase inspection. We decided that if it was mechanically sound that we would still consider buying the car. we were advised by the tech that the car had a leaking power steering pump and needed to be rebuilt, was past due for 60k service, needs pads and rotors for front and rear brakes, and also needed the timing belt and water pump service. There were miss matched tires one of which shows signs of abnormal wear on both the inside and outside edge of the tire. Estimated repairs $2000-$2500. After returning to the dealer ship we spoke with the salesman about the needed repairs and the lack luster exterior appearance. The asking price was $12,950.00 we offered $11000 due to the needed repairs. The salesman smirked as if to laugh and did not even take any of it into consideration. He never counter offered, just said that they would not sell the car for that amount, and thanked us for test driving. I we left there and bought a car at a different lot 2 hrs later. Their loss. They think that they are Carmax with a no haggle price, but carmax ensures that their cars are in proper operating order. Not surprised to see some of the other reviews. Would not waste my time again or the $3 it cost me to drive 540 to Fuquay. Beware, did not get the warm fuzzy feeling and while you may find a diamond in the rough by doing your research, always have an independent inspection done, if you dont and get burned you deserve it. Also be prepared to pay what they are asking. They may have offered to complete repairs but after my experience and reading the reviews I saw, I would never allow them to complete the repairs.

We stumbled upon Inline Auto Sales really by accident. We were looking for another dealer as we rode past Inline. The neatness of the lot and the quality appearance of the used vehicles on the lot really caught our eye and made us turn into Inline Auto Sales. My husband, Wade and I were looking for a economical, dependable and safe car for our daughter who will be turning 16 soon. We found the perfect vehicle, a 2015 Kia Forte with only 15,000 miles on it. We were interested in finding out more about it so we walked into the auto store. Really we actually had to walk into the auto store as not a single one of the salespersons were flocking our to the lot to start their sales pitches before we had a chance to look at all the car options for ourselves. The fact that they let us look on our own for awhile and without having to hear sales pitches and meaningless small talk really made us happy. Edgar greeted us with a handshake as we entered the auto store door, he asked us if we wanted to take it for a drive, he handed us the keys and asked us to pull it up and he would get a tag on it so we could test drive it. That is when we knew we were really in a no pressure, no hassle auto store. We subsequently drove the vehicle and fell in love with it as well as the price. The whole buying experience was painless and ran so smoothly. The dealership is very professional and courteous and we recommend it to anyone interested in buying a quality used vehicle while receiving an honest and fair deal. Thank you Edgar for your assistance and professionalism. Also, if you get a chance to drop in be sure to tell Lexus that we said hello! Lexus is the feline mascot at the dealership and she is so beautiful. Sincerely, Wade and Wendy Sholar Wallace, NC
