In 2011, purchased 2 vehicles simultaneously from Seasell Auto. Great vehicles, no complaints and outstanding service. 5 years later. I returned to do another deal. Met with the same experience. However, with in 30 days the car began throwing transmission codes. I handled on my own, only for them to return 3 weeks later. This forced me to have it checked by a professional. Ultimately, leading to learning that the transmission needed replaced. $2400 for a used transmission. On the original purchase of this vehicle - no negotiation took place. Purchased for full asking price. So, I returned to ask for $500 to put towards my repair. I think we can all agree that requesting 20% of the repair cost for a major repair with in 60 days of a purchase is more than fair. They refused to work with me in a solution. Typically, someone would ask for $500 or more off to begin with before the purchase. Therefore, the fact that they refuse to work with me given all circumstances enticed me to notify others of what to expect given the same situation.

Great experience! Cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the sales staff. Just purchased a Volvo for my wife and they made the whole buying process as easy as possible. Gave me the keys and told me to test drive it by myself and even suggested to take it to anyone I wanted to get an inspection done, they truly stand by the quality of their vehicles. We looked everywhere from NC to SC to VA for this type of vehicle and after hours of research, this dealership had the best price of anywhere else. From what my wife could find, there is one bad review out there for this place and it was about the condition of the lot, let me tell you, everyone of the vehicles there are extremely nice and are high quality vehicles. From my understanding, this lot is temporary until they complete the bigger building. Will definitely keep going back there now that we have found them!

I recently bought a used Subaru Forester from Steve and got the price I was looking for with no haggling or pressure. As I drove the car home the air conditioner stopped working and I thought to myself....oh no...I am screwed. I called Steve and he had me bring it back the next day and they replaced the A/C condenser. This condenser cost them nearly $700 to replace and they did it happily. I know that for what I paid for the vehicle and the additional cost to them they didnt make any money on me yet they stood behind their warranty. Great buying experience and even better follow up. They stand behind the cars they sell. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a used car. They have a nice selection and have new cars and trucks every few days. I was treated with respect which is so rare when buying a car these day.

Blake & the TEAM at SeaSell are a Phenomenal group of people! I did a 25 state search, basically every state East of the Mississippi, for a low mileage SL 500. Not only did I locate the unit at SeaSell, I solidified the deal basically with a verbal Hand-Shake (& a small deposit, however, only because the bean-counters needed it. I dont blame them), and the unit was in MINT^, I MEAN ABSOUTELY MINT Condition!!! Did I say Mint Condition? Any-Hoo....I flew from Atlantic City, NJ to Myrtle Beach, SC and Too-Tall picked me up. We drove to Wilmington and I was on my way in less than 1 hour...might have been a bit longer as I messed up the Insurance. Yes, I drove back to NJ in two days, as I did not want to beat myself up or my new ride. All-in-All....if you dont purchase from SeaSell....youre nuts!

I had a great experience with Seasell! I got in to an unexpected accident so I needed a car right away. I did not want to rush in to any purchase and Seasell, specifically Steven, helped me make a wise and knowledgable decision! Steven was super genuine and was more than willing to help in any possible way. The buying process was super easy and convenient. I bought the 2000 Mercedes Benz SL500 from this dealer 2 years ago and the customer service was excellent the pictures are represented on the internet are 100% true. Car was in excellent condition as they told me over the phone. I drove from Atlanta Georgia to Wilmington North Carolina to buy this car and I still have that car todays date. After 2 years I havent spend $0.00 dollars on it. In todays day is really hard to find an honest people sea sell auto are one of them. Thank you.

Drove 3 hrs to do business here. Was one of the best car buying experiences ive ever had. We were in an out with a new car in 1.5 hr and received a great deal.
