Arrogant and misogynistic manager of the Chrysler garage. Recently had my car towed after it overheated. They found that the battery was dead & they couldnt look at it until I bought a new battery , they quoted $200.00 for battery and diagnostic. I bought a battery in town , took it to them and they still charged me over $200.00 to tell me the battery was dead, the car was running fine and to come pick it up. I picked up the car, drove from Avon to Geneseo, about 10 miles and the car would not start after parking in Wegmans plaza. Had the car towed back. To make a long story short after a couple days they found that the coolant was low. He also insinuated that the car trouble was my fault for letting the coolant get so low- I felt I shouldnt have had to remind them that they changed the coolant overflow chamber four months ago. If I could rate minus 5 stars I would.

I could not have had a better experience. I was taken care of very promptly when I came in for a test drive, and was not pressured into making an "instant" decision. When I called Tony to say I was ready to buy and was coming in to sign the documents, he went one better and got the car ready for me to take that day, in just a few hours! Ive never experienced such prompt attention at an auto dealership. Tony answered all my questions, never tried to coerce me into anything, gave me his best price right up front, and got me way more than I expected on my trade. I could not have asked for more. Ive already recommended Genesee Valley to two new car shoppers. And as a bonus, I love my new Jeep Patriot! Its impossible to heap enough praise on these people!

One of the very best car buying expireances I have had. Showroom was immaculate. Well set up for doing business and clean. Every employee we came across greeted us politely and professionally. Our salesmen, John and Justin were the best. Curtious and straight to the facts about pricing, trading, financing. No Bull, no running off to " talk it over with the boss " none of the usual salesmen BS. Open to fair negotiating right from the start and met us in the middle with what I though was a very fair deal for all. Worth the 80 mile drive. HIGHLY recommended. Thanks Guys... it was a pleasure !

I bought My Jeep from Genesee Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I went to the city first with "visions" of a good deal. After the feelings of being mugged and assaulted. Finally giving up and going home I passed Genesee Valley. I decided one last time. I was not attacked. i was greeted. told the Salesman what I wanted. What I will pay. What I expected for a trade. He not only agreed, He did better! I felt I was dealing with someone I knew. Not being pressured or mugged. The Service Dept. Is outstanding. Will go to any length to to fit your schedule. Also to install strange items for you. Thanks!

I was around a car dealer at a young age. My grandfather bought and sold cars, trucks, buses and motorcycles.I grew up being a part of the deal before during and after. It takes a special talent to do business and treat people right. I can only speak in regards to the "sales service" right now because I just recently purchased my new Jeep. I can tell you this, Chris Thomas at Genesee Valley Jeep in Avon was knowledgeable, attentive, courteous and faithful all throughout the buying process. Bought a used vehicle from them, took them to court after the sale and won. It was a big waste of time, their slogan of where adults buy cars and what not is laughable. They cannot be trusted and lost my business, along with anyone I can persuade to stay away. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, hopefully others can learn from my bad experience at this dealership and stay away... Salesman was a liar, service manager was a liar, and the owner is clueless and arrogant. It appears they are writing their own reviews online now to try to improve their ratings... Sad!

I was greeted warmly upon my arrival by the Service Manager Norb Keller and Service Advisor Eric Thomas. The appointment was scheduled, but the problem still had to be diagnosed. I had a unique situation with my jeep, and therefore I was offered a loaner car too. My Jeep was fixed in a timely manner and I was given an option on when I wanted to come back to pick it up. No pressure. The salesman (John Mathe) who sold me my Jeep in 2015 also contacted me to see how I was making out with my service appointment. Great staff there at Genesee Valley Chrysler Jeep and highly recommended!

I had first gone to a Jeep Dealer that was literally 5 minutes from my house looking for a Patriot. Had a horrible experience - classic bait and switch "Oh that price on the internet - thats wrong, the IT guys messed that up" (yet 3 days later it is still up there) I left there and drove to Genesee Valley and immediately had an amazing experience. The sales force are not on commission so there was no pressure and they got me a far better deal that what I expected. Go see Bo @ Genesee Valley for your next car. Go ahead, try the others first, youll be amazed at the difference!

I had a wonderful experience with Genesee Valley. I worked with Tony Srye and hes an amazing sales rep! He did not pressure me into buying anything and he let me take my time. I liked the fact that he let me meet with him a couple different times to test drive and look at the different cars I was interested in. I had been to other dealerships where all they wanted me to do was sign right on the spot. I would definitely recommend and do recommend your dealership and Tony to anyone looking to buy a car.

Excellent Experience working with Service Advisor Eric Thomas in the service department. He is very knowledgable of the work needed to be performed on my vehicle also providing a accurate time frame for the work to be completed. He also provided a through definition of the service that was completed. I have had 3 factory accessory upgrades done to my truck through this dealership and all were completed correctly and are working perfectly. Keep up the great work.
