We ordered a fancy birthday cake several days in advance for our daughter, and when we went to pick it up on her birthday, due to an error it had not been made. We were truly dismayed, and we didnt have time to wait an extra 45 minutes, as the birthday dinner needed a lot of time to prepare. The manager of the bakery was very apologetic, and she very kindly offered to make the cake right then and deliver it to us at our condo near Port Aransas. She did indeed show up at our condo with the cake within about 90 minutes, and she was so sweet to include 3 dozen chocolate chip cookies for us. I think her name was Aurora, and we want to tell her thank you for saving the birthday party! The cake and cookies were fantastic--thank you, HEB!

I really like this HEB, because its so big and has pretty much everything. BUT The way it is kept up is very disappointing, especially since we are basically sitting on the bay and all this trash can be harmful to our unique ecosystem. There is trash flying everywhere, Ive even had to call and complain about how ugly this HEB looks. It almost looked like a store in downtown San Antonio during Fiesta. HEB is very "Texan" i would say, so as many of our signs say "Dont mess with Texas" clean up the parking lot people.

Over priced & try to ask a question, watch their heads spin. Managers act like they dont how to operate the store. Fresh asparagus was wilted & dehydrated looking, picking through good & bad tomatoes in the same bin~ too name a few issues. I had to travel 25 miles to another store to pick up an item the manager stated was discontinued & was not... Variety of foods in store, but question is will it be in stock, or discontinued by the time you make another visit???!!!

Im retired and it seems like I spend way too much time looking/searching for items. I much prefer the smaller hebs like Staple st store. I actually find myself stopping at smaller competing stores simply because its smaller and less to chose from. My father in law, from Scotland, was amazed at all the choices. Like on the cereal section. He pretty well sums it up when he said "your spoiled for choice".

I love HEB and the HEB plus is an amazing concept. I love the incredible variety these stores offer. This particular store is located in a part of town with a bit of a reputation to it but you dont really notice anything when youre actually in the store. Its always clean and very well laid out. When Im on that side of town, and I need groceries, I always stop here.

Awesome store. Anything from food to toiletries and knick knacks H-E-B has them all. One thing I especially love is that there is always something of the Dallas Cowboys on sale. Besides having a big selection of anything and everything, their prices are also great. Last but not least the workers are also courteous and fast.

I thought it was supposed to be bigger but I guess this is a small HEB Plus but still a grocery store for a pretty good deals so yeah I give it 4 stars also they have like 30 different cash registers but only like 3 of them are open so whats up with that HEB come on now

HEB WENT above and beyond first by opening so soon after hurricane Harvey then when i couldnt find a cup of coffee anywhere cause under water boil plus no electricity the cashier offered to make me a cup & it was perfect & i forever appreciate HEB even more!!!

I love this store. They have the best produce and meat departments. Their isles are wide and the store is clean. They have a wide variety of healthy food choices and lots of treats. Mostly, the employees are polite and helpful in every department.

I would actually drive 2 hours just to shop here if it wasnt because my son gets tired of sitting for so long!! This HEB is amazing!!!!! They even have a vegan section and a all natural section. I was simply amazed and the stay, sooo friendly!!!!

Insane! Huge. Got everything. Are they trying to compete with Walmart? Prices high but as a Californian perhaps that is normal? Shelves well stocked with a lot of local national and international goods. Attractive store as well.

Its ok....I still get lower prices on most things going to the commissary. HEB does have a drugstore, thats a plus. But theyve done away with some of my families favorite items, so that is why they only get 4 out 5 stars.

My mother purchased a Nintendo 3ds on layaway for her grandchild. WHEN they opened it there was a old game inside . With 16 pictures of someones kid. When she took it back this Heb said tough luck. Would not help in any way.

Not a fan of going to the grocery store any time or any place. Never enough checkers, I like going in and getting out. This HEB is all I am able to choose, I try to schedule my visits so it is as painless as possible.

This is by far the best HEB in town in my opinion. It is a large, clean store with the best selection of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, organic and non-GMO products. They often give tasty free samples as well!

Very large store with everything one would need in the way of goods for the home. Groceries and fresh produce to kitchen utensils and appliances. The store has a pharmacy.

There were no carts at either entrance. Asked a manager if someone could bring carts from the parking lot and was told when they had time!?

The HEB in Flour Bluff is great! No matter what day or time, I can always find what I need! Very clean and orderly for such a busy store.
