Flying Retainer

Wow, Ive never done an online review before. This was the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. First of all, they dont have anyone qualified (their words, not mine) to help me to pay for a single-page document print out that I sent a day ago. They have different hours for the "print services" than their posted hours. ARGH!!! The three guys, who were just standing around in an empty shop, looked qualified to rummage through some folders to find the print-out (heck, maybe even print a page or two out) , but they would NOT lift a finger. Even a gas station cashier in an auto repair shop will let you pay your bill after auto-repair hours and get your car back. I had to make three trips to pick up a single sheet print out. Dont waste your time.

Initially helpful and friendly but later very pushy sales rep was kind of frustrating. I know his wants wants him to push their fancy warranty, as my boss did when I worked at Best Buy, but this was a little over the top. Ended up getting what I wanted for much less money and no hassle at Staples on the northside of town.

Stopped in to print 4 pages of something. Thought I could be in and out in 10 min. After waiting for 15, I found there was ONE employee working the front, when I asked for someone to print the pages I needed, I was told it would be 48 HOURS to get them printed. 48 HOURS! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced!
