Customer service can be good....to a point. Brought my phone in for a replacement screen back in December. Then brought it back two weeks ago for a replacement battery. Since the battery replacement, the phone shuts off randomly, especially when Im in the middle of listening to a song or watching a video. The only way to turn it back on in those cases is to plug it into the charger port. Then the screen I had replaced there cracked after a small drop only a few inches that should not have cracked my phone with it having an Otterbox case that I bought back in December. They had made it sound during my last two visits that "well cover your phone, no matter what happens, even if you crack the screen". I took it back in on 3/28 to have them check the battery and replace the screen under warranty. They became very defensive on the battery and when I talked about the screen they basically told me "your warranty doesnt cover that damage". Very misleading and poor service when you try to invoke warranty service. I wont be coming back to this location ever again.

Some of the best stuff I have ever found is located at this Office Depot in Oak Lawn off of Oak Lawn Avenue. I have often joked with my husband that if I was still working as a retail manager I would try to steal some of the staff here. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the products in the store while at the same time they will not pester you while you are shopping if it is not necessary. The inventory is well-stocked and you can always expect to find a good deal.

Placed online print job while I was in Dallas. Couldnt pick up when I expected. They wouldnt mail or send it. Week later they called reminding me my order was ready. I went in to get it within 3 hours. The clerk that left me a voicemail didnt know who I was and couldnt find my order. It was in my name not company name. Order was located but not complete. Had to wait while they laminated 20 pieces. People were friendly though. Just screwed up this order.

Just went to find a writing pad and or padfolio. The pads were only in bulk packs $8 and up. They no longer have padfolios, besides a designer one on the end cap with pink animal print. I spent 15 minutes walking back up and down store to make sure I wasnt missing anything and looking for assistance. No employees, no greeting when I entered or left the store. A year ago I use to be greeted multiple times and always offered assistance. Disappointing.

I had to use this store alot in a weeks time! I made color copies there daily multiple times. The store is easy to access and very clean. The store associates were very busy all the time but got around to everyones needs. The stores self service copy machine had issues so the employees used their machine while not cjarging me extra for assistance. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. No complaints at all.

Every time Ive gone there, and asked for help, Ive gotten it. Never have I been swarmed by salespeople which I dislike. My only gripe is the poor Wifi connection. I needed it to email some documents to customer service rep for printing but had a very difficult time doing so. We solved the problem though and all was well.

I posted an order online of three photos to be printed at 2:30pm for same day pickup; at 6:30pm the next day they hadnt even been printed. Angel was, well, an angel and got them done for me while I waited. He was very kind and helpful. If youre having prints done, I recommend going in person over doing it online.

Ive been here several times and always received assistance immediately after entering the store. Its a big store and still unfamiliar with where certain products are, yet someone was always available to help. They are friendly and kind, will always go back.

Friendly service, but this particular location seems a bit smaller than some of the other local ones, and doesnt have quite the selection. But the employees here are very helpful and more than make up for the lesser selection.

They have everything here. The associates are very friendly and most helpful. If they dont have what youre looking for, theyll even refer you to another place. I also like the fact that theyre located right in my neighborhood.

Typical Office Depot experience, though it seems like the merchandise isnt cycled through as frequently and more items are missing from stock. Sales and cashier staff is generally willing to help.

I bought some printer supplies, as soon as I came out u discovered that my vehicle was towed... Never, I mean NEVER shop here. EVER. BTW, it was NOT in a handicap accessible space.

Really sad and empty store that looks like it could be closing any second. The staff had to use two different registers to ring me up because their system is "so terrible and slow."
