We shopped around for our new, used car at many dealerships. We tried Wessels for the first time, and we found their stock fairly priced. In fact, other dealers could not touch their prices and seemed uninterested in trying to do so. The van we purchased came with a 180 day warranty. On about day 183, my wife noticed a kind of pink, oily leakage. Our garage identified it as a head gasket problem. Despite being out of warranty, we called Wessels. The owner, Bill Wessels asked us to take our van do another garage. Despite the fact that our van was out of Wessels warranty and outside of the manufacturers warranty, Mr. Wessels stood by his purchase and covered half the expense of repairs. He was under no legal obligation to do so, but he did it anyway. So, "caveat emptor" ("let the buyer beware"), but not at Wessels.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Bill Wessels. From beginning to end everyone was great. The no pressure laid back process from the test drive on was great. They are extremely personable and helpful making car buying easy even when you really were not shopping. They stand behind what they sell and what they say. The vehicle we purchased had some issues with the radio reception when we got it home. To some this may not be a big deal however, Bill went above and beyond to get it right. Bill said "if its not right for me , its not right for you". Bill and Paul kept me updated every step of the way throughout the repair. They did their absolute best to avoid any inconvenience for my family. I cannot say enough about them. They all have been the absolute best car dealership I have ever done business with.

Great experience and great deal. Service is courteous and helpful. Bought a 2005 Honda Element there with no hassle. Approval was fast and at a good rate even with my lack luster credit. Fixed a couple small defects I noticed the day after I took it home (broken rear window washer nozzle and door latch that didnt work properly) no questions asked and at no cost. Even gave me a loaner car for the day and washed my car. Would definitely recommend and will go there for my next used car as well. They have a really large selection, multiple lots within the same area. I dealt with Matt Freeman and he was awesome.

We are young couple looking for a decent car for our family. Mr. Wessel himself takes his own time to call us personally and make sure everything is going well and staff are treating us right (they always do). My credit wasnt the best but the Wessels team did everything they could to make sure I left with a great vehicle. You can tell, they dont want to just make a quick dollar and tell you everything you want to hear. They genuinely care and want to see you leave the lot in a nice, affordable and reliable car for you and your family. I could never thank the Wessels team for all they do!

I bought my first truck here and it was a great experience. It was over Christmas and Mr.Shoop held it for us without any problem. We had a very great experience buying the truck from them. Only a little dirty on the inside when we bout it but overall great service. After about 5 months of owning the truck the only issue is there is a Crack in the radiator. Radiators only $100 and Ill just keep adding coolant till I can afford a new one. Overall great used car dealership and would definitely recommend it to a friend.
