So, about 2 weeks ago I made an appointment for 1/13 to simply have my van put on their diognostic machine which is a process that takes under 30 minutes. I called last wed. to ask if there was any day sooner that I could bring it in and was told to bring it in at 7:30am 1/10 which I did. I had to wait until 10:30 to get a ride home from their curtousy van because they said "we couldnt find you, so the van left at 8 without you", but I obviously have a cell phone and they obviously have my cell phone number....??? Right then I realized I wasnt dealing with any Rocket-Scientist or people that give a damn about customer Service. Next, the van driver told me he would come back to pick me up, but he never did so I had to call Uber and pay $40 to come back to the Dealership. Then I find out my van at closing time is still parked in the same spot I parked it in at 7:30am and when I get upset and ask what the hell??? Im simply told "we were really busy today. Youll have to bring it back another day". Wow, these clowns actually treat people like that and think its ok???? Im out $250 for the missed days work plus $40 to the uber driver = $290 and I still have to find another Dealership in the area to do the diognostic as I would obviously never step foot in Brenner the rest of this life time.... Does anyone know of a dealership in the area that has a Service Department thats not made up of Clowns ? Well, a man Named Art who said he is the Service Manager just called me and basicly for 10 minutes balled me out and put me in my place to the effect that Brenner has been in business 95 years and they sure dont need Joe Wagner to stay in business another 95. Obviously Im not saying that was his exact words, but I could tell he has made many calls to upset Customers and Art is a very arrogant person that knows how to politly put a person in their place while telling them to go to hell we dont want or need your business MR. Wagner. You are 100% in the wrong and we are 100% in the right. Apparently, I have to start recording all my phone calls, so I can prove to Mr. Art that Roger never told me "well, you can drop your van off Tuesday and we will try to work it in some time between Tuesday and Friday. " When I tried to explain to arrogant Art that I was told they would only have my van tuesday his response was "well, Roger has been with the Company for 16 years and it would be very rare that he would make a mistake like that"... Sounded to me like Art was insinuating Im a Lyer, but when I told him that his response was "I never said that". No, of course he isnt going to come right out and call a customer a lyer, but he might as well and all his phone call did was add salt to the wound, so I have absalutly no idea why he called me other than the fact that the people in charge at Brenner are so over the top arrogant and full of themselves that when a Customer says anything bad about them or their Employees they have to put them in their place and let that Customer know Brenner is NEVER Wrong. Hmmmm, I use to have a wife that was never wrong and now she is no longer a part of my life just like never wrong Art, Roger + Brenner are no longer a part of my life!!! Keep up the great job of never being wrong, Art, Roger + Brenner!!!!! FREEDOM on the other side of the river is 10 times a better choice and they resolved my problem in under 1 hour!!!! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that Art also told me that I am mistaken about the Diognostic of my van taking under 30 minutes... He explained to me that the process takes 4-5 hours. I was already told when I made the appointment that the price was a flat $98.50 Therefore, Brenner is putting at least one Technician on my van + tieing up a $10,000 diognostic machine for 5 hours and only charging me $98.50 which works out to less than $20 per hour ????? Hmmmmm, are you sure Joe Wagner is the lyer here, Art???? The Owner never returns calls even though I left him 2 voice-messages, so its very clear where the arrogance flows from...If I could give Brenner 0 stars I would...

A month ago I drove almost an hour to the dealership looking for a 2016 Jeep. I purchased that day and the sales person was awesome and if it would have been just the sales person I would have ranked this a 5. However, its what occurred after that is resulting in the 1 star rating. My jeep has 32 miles on it. Here are just some of the issues: 1. I came home and was cleaning it an noticed that there was a tear in the back seat. I also noticed that their was a chip in the paint. I called and told them about it and they said that they would need to file a warranty claim on my BRAND NEW 2016 Jeep in order to have it fixed and that I needed to drive back up so they could take pictures. I did that the very next day. Since the warranty clerk was out they said that there was nothing that they could do until the next week. 2. I had ordered some seat cushions that day of my sale and they were in when I was at the dealership getting my pictures but didnt tell me about it instead they left a message at my husbands work even though they had both of our cells. 3. I called a week later to find out what was going on and I was told by the warranty clerk that she was trying to get caught up and that she didnt know where the pictures were she said she would have to process everything and didnt know how long it would take for my seat to be fixed. 4. I called a week after that and again was told the parts were on order and that I just had to wait. 5. 3 weeks into having my Jeep I took it through the car wash and the paint pealed off my front bumper. So I took it up to the dealership to show them and they took pictures. I asked about my seat and was told that the warranty clerk was no longer with the company and that no one had any record about the issue with my seat or the chip in the paint. 6. I had to start the process all over again to have the repairs on my now 4 week old Jeep. Today is officially a month and I still do not have a repaired Jeep. Just talked to them and it will be an additional 10 days before they can get my Jeep in for repair! Almost 2months when its all said and done to get damaged fixed on my Jeep - totally unacceptable.

Never Take your Car here for Service: I was on my way to take my daughter to gymnastics and my check engine light came one. I own a 2011 Jeep Liberty and it has 99,500 miles on it. I bought the vehicle brand new and figured I have 500 miles left on the warranty so I will just take it to your service department. I am a female and know that I shouldnt take a vehicle in by myself, but figured I could trust your company because its part of a larger corporation. I check my vehicle in and notice the sign that clearly states "98.00 for vehicle analysis if not under warranty (or something similar). As Im dropping it off, I state how happy I am that its still under warranty and I just want to get a read out of the error code. (The same one that Autozone runs for free). Service guy says thanks and says he will call me shortly. 3 hours later I receive a call telling me I have major problems, Breaks, Tires, Tune Up needed and its gonna be $465.00 for Tune up, Tires and Breaks over $1,000. I quickly say, I only wanted a read out of the error message, why are we checking all of these other things, I was not in for an inspection. I refuse the service and go to pick my car up and he charges me $100. I again state its under warranty and the sign in the lobby says that the analysis is $100 for those cars that are NOT under warranty. Well my car was under warranty, so why am I paying $100 for a simple read out that AutoZone could have done for free. For the record, after picking up my vehicle, I got a read out at AutoZone for Free and the problem was spark plugs, which cost around $50.00 to replace. While getting my oil changed that day, I had the guys check my tires (because I just bought them last year) and I was told they are in good shape. So I feel like because I am a women, I was told a ton of things were wrong with my car, when really they were not. Its not only infuriating that I was charged $100 for something that could have been done for free at AutoZone, but also discouraging to know that companys still try and over charge females for car repairs
