Do not buy a car from here! This place is not only horrible, but they are selling cars that are not safe. We bought a car and 4 days later had to spend a few hundred dollars on the water pump. When the tow truck driver came to pick up the car he actually said, "You didnt buy it from a place called Clear Choice did you". That is absolutely 100% true! They refused to fix it even though they guaranteed a 90 day warranty. A few months later we take it to a major dealer in this area who owned the car prior to "clearly a bad choice auto". They informed us that they sold this car to auction because it had so many problems in order for it to pass inspection, and it still has those problems!. Choice claims they had the car inspected right after they purchased it. How did they have it inspected when it still has these issues? I am getting these things confirmed by another inspection shop. When confirmed, I will be getting a lawyer. To put peoples lives at risk for money is the ultimate act of greed. Please please dont buy from here. There are many other places. Other places that dont overcharge you too. The sales guy here actually went as far as to say that KBB isnt accurate. I paid a few thousand over because I was naive and actually believed this guy. Very stupid on my part.

Searched for 2 months for a vehicle, with cash in hand after saving for over two years. Found them on the way to look at another dealer. Loved the "friendly" sales people and seemed to be honest up front business. Sadly after refusing to come down on the price, but including a crappy warrenty we have found out the bitter truth. These are the car sales men you have to look out for! Less than 5 weeks after the purchase of our vehicle we have to put $1200 into it for breaks, front and back rotors, new lines, calipers, and rust damage. Well we thought we could get some mercey from our "friends" at Clear Choice since this is a certified used vehicle with a car fax report, but we were WRONG! They did not say one nice thing, but they did remind us that we bought a used vehichle so what do we expect? WOW! Dont go to Clear Choice. They dont know anything about cars except for how to sell them and cash a check. If you love a car on thier lot take it to your own mechanic for a check up before you buy at least, but in all honesty they shouldnt get one cent of your hard earned money.

I had to get rid of my old vehicle due to it being unreliable. I found a very nice car there. The next day, the service engine light came on. I contacted them and the kept being very unclear as to what was going to happen and how it was going to be taken care of. I took my vehicle to their mechanic who advised me of the two codes, and after some research found that a likely fix is the catalytic converter. Between myself and the gentlemen that sold me the car, we agreed that I would give the vehicle a tune up and see what happens. The light came back on. They called me back and said they would pay half of it (the catalytic converter runs around $1,400). I offered to take the vehicle to their guy and asked that they pay for the true diagnosis and up to $700 for the repairs and I would pay the rest. The still said that they would only pay half, and said "hey, its a used vehicle. What do you expect." I went into this vehicle doing all of the research that I could and knew how to do, and still got burned.

Was overall disappointed with this dealer. I purchased a vehicle from them and through the whole process was not at all impressed. The salesman refused to let me take the vehicle to a mechanic to have it looked at. While we were discussing the price, he said it would come with a full tank of gas. As minor as this seems, as I drove off the lot I realized that it only had a quarter of a tank and they had just closed. I called them then to have the money for gas refunded, and he said since they came down on the price of the vehicle they could not fill it. What kind of dealer is that stingy that for the sake of the customer they will not provide something so little as that. They also originally said they would take my trade in, but after we finished the deal on the vehicle I bought they wouldnt even take a look at it, saying they didnt want it. This is one of those dealers that fits that negative stereotype that people often complain about when looking to buy a new car.

Car shopping generally makes me nervous and overwhelmed. However, the staff at Clear Choice were absolutely wonderful and made everything about my recent purchase run smoothly from the time I walked onto the lot until I drove my new car home. I appreciate their non pressure approach. I had a certain amount to spend with a check from my insurance company and Neil did not pressure me to go above that amount. During our many conversations, I mentioned trouble with my other car. Instead of trying to sell me an additional car, Neil gave me the name of an honest and trustworthy mechanic...who I must say I also had a positive experience with. I would recommend Clear Choice to anyone and everyone!

So upset with them that I can hardly write this! Bought the car, it had no gas and when I got it home and tried to get it started again the battery was completely dead. More to say but too upset to write about it(and I did lots of research and this is after they fixed the other three problems I FOUND with the car.) They assured me that the battery was O.K. but somehow they pulled one over on me and I took it home. I got the car jumped and took it to Sears and they told me the battery was completely dead! I paid $146.00 to have a new battery installed.

Went to sell my car last year and the owner offered me what I thought was a fair deal. When I told him Ill let him know since I wanted to get other offers, he immediately copped an attitude and said his offer "no longer stands". I ended up selling to another used car dealer and actually received more then his offer. That guy needs an attitude adjustment and wonder if he treats other possible customers that way too...I know I would feel uncomfortable buying from this establishment due to the business practices he demostrated.

Before even making my way onto the lot, I read the Google reviews about Clear Choice. After reading some of the negative, I was really hoping I could provide a more positive review after my experience. Unfortunately for them, I cant. I ended up dealing with the owner directly and to put it as simply as possible, his attitude was by far the worst Ive come across it of all my car buying experiences. Needless to say I did not purchase the vehicle I was interested in.
