Was stranded last night at 8, had to have my car towed by the time i finally got home it was after 10:30. Parkers happens to be the closest shop to where I was stranded. Went there first thing in the morning, (at 9 O clock when they open) because of the vehicle breaking down was after closing, to explain what has happened. Im then told they would get the car in today but they have 3 appointments ahead of us and have to take them first. I said okay, thats fine. At 11:30 I go down to see what is going on because we havent heard anything and have an appointment at 12. At this point I am told that we will be hearing from then in an hr. So I walked 30 mins to my appointment. By 2:45 we hadnt heard anything, (they were suppose to be checking if the problem was the battery or the alternator) so I went down again and was told that they had not looked at the car yet. I asked why I was told that I was the forth in line at 9 oclock and then told at 11:30 that i would receive a call in an hr. The response from the owner was,"Dont tell me how to run my business, i told you there were other appointments, get your car off the lot" (in a threatening demeanor) along with some other things.

Bought my 2003 Mitsubishi Galant GTZ from there in 2013...(at an AWESOME price, with a warranty.. my car is still a champ. Their mechanic and customer service deserves this 5 star, Im a difficult person (admittedly) but they (Jeff) ALWAYS make me happy! My next car is coming from him! Their garage services both my vehicles, ALWAYS call with the price, and dont add extra BS just because Im a woman. They are busy, ( like any good garage.... right?) but they do it, and do it right! I travel from Pottsville to Wormleysburg 5 days a week, they pick my car up at my job for me and drop it off. Love, Love, Love them!

Terrible do not ever come here to purchase any type of vehicle! He is a scammer. He seemed genuine to me when I met him but I had a bad vehicle in the end the engine blew and I had it for 10 months
