Ive lived in the area for 10 years, and remember when Sun was in its old building, farther east down the Carlisle Pike. When the new facility opened, I used to cruise through on days off, just to ogle the cars. A couple years ago, I bought a used BMW 328 SportWagon (private sale) with a remaining CPO warranty. Brought it in to the BMW side only a couple of times, and the experience was fine. Just the other day though, my wife and I spotted a nice Certified Audi Q5 2.0T over at Audi Mechanicsburg/Sun Audi, and ended up purchasing it. It is a much nicer vehicle than others we were considering for her, but for the price, we couldnt resist. We dealt with a dapper salesman named Alem Imamovic, who is extremely polite and accommodating. He was open about all the details about the car, not missing anything - in my experience, a rarity for a car salesman. The fact that we could ogle Porsches from the Audi showroom didnt hurt. :-] Hopefully we wont need to bring the Q5 in for service for much beyond normal items, and what I cant fix myself (I can do oil/fluids, most brake work, and other basic-to-intermediate work). However if we do, I hope that Audi Service at Sun is equally satisfying.

This place is a joke. I have had my car there three times for an electrical problem and spent thousands on them trying to fix it. Every time they find something new but never fix the actual problem of the car draining the battery constantly. This is just their way to keep getting money and trying to talk me into a newer car. I have a 2006 Audi A4 that has been garage kept and meticulously taken care of. I have not been able to drive the car in over five years because it keeps leaving me stranded. They said, "Audis drain batteries if they sit for a week because they constantly run checks." BS. This car, and no car ever, drains a battery if you do not drive it for a week. I hope AoA reads this and fixes my issue for FREE. I am DONE doing to the local stealership to get work done. Rather than ask if you can call me, email me instead. I know you have it because when I did enquirer about a new car after your techs couldnt figure out why was wrong with mine, you sent me 5000 emails asking when I was ready to purchase. Theres no reason for you to make excuses over the phone when you can email me and leave a paper trail for my attorney.

I bought a used 2012 Audi S4 from a different dealer and recently had some transmission issues. Sun Motors Audi was extremely helpful - they helped me arrange to pick up the car (through Audi roadside assistance) and performed all the service that was required and more. When I went to pick it up, the staff was very professional and accommodating. They brought the car around quickly and it was very nicely washed and detailed, as well as filled up with gas and warmed up. Also, the service center was exceptionally clean. All the cars getting work done were washed, there was no clutter or mess anywhere I could see, and the tools were very well organized. Always a good sign. Thank you to Josh and his team.

I walked in after a horrible experience with another dealership. I bought a trade-in, not nearly a big sale like one of the showroom cars, yet I was treated as though I was buying a 40K car. I dealt with two gentleman, the primary being a young man named Drew. He was professional, honest, and made it an easy purchase. I would recommend this dealership based upon my experience. They offer a fair price, include a warranty showing confidence in their cars, and their business practices were honest. Thumbs up fellas.

After purchasing a car, I received an internal email (presumably, accidentally) originated by Meghan Macioce that said, "Tell this guy [referring to me] to hurry up, it’s the never ending deal." Unbelievably rude. I was in the market for another vehicle, but will no longer consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I dont appreciate being treated like cattle, to be pampered when they want my money, but then to be discarded as soon as they get what they want from me. Thanks, but no thanks.

Purchased a used Audi a few hours away and brought it in to Sun Motor Cars Audi-Porsche for an oil change and inspection. Hands down the best dealership experience that I have ever had. The entire staff was kind, assertive, and willing to bend over backwards to help answer any questions or make the wait more enjoyable. Prices are very reasonable as well. I am not even consider taking my car elsewhere and will continue to bring it here in the future. Thank you, Josh and the rest of the staff.

We were traveling from PA to Ohio, and had an encounter with a monster pot hole near Harrisburg. AAA put on the spare, and we drove to Mechanicsburg where the Sun Motor Cars Audi-Porsche dealership did a fine job replacing the damaged tires. Were used to fine service at Audi dealers, and Sun Motor Cars was absolutely top notch: got the job done quickly, and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Thanks, Joshua!

I called for a check engine light. The lady was very rude and kept insinuating one problem when I repeated the scan revealed another. She told me I could drive for another 5 days with my check engine light on. I care about my car and safety considering I drive a major highways daily. Im driving 2.5 hours to another dealer with better customer service.

Stopped in to test drive a Q7 today, worked with a guy by the name of Alem. Hands down best experience at a car dealership, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you stop in here ask for him and youre gaurenteed to have an amazing experience. On his card its noted 7 time winner of the magna society, and if I had it my way it would be 8!

Josh and service department were AMAZING! They provided state of the art service for my Audi. Josh and his team went above and beyond , and I am more than satisfied with the experience. Meh. Ive brought several Audis here and you never quite feel like you can fully trust these guys. Not how you should be describing your Audi dealership experience, but since each one of my three Audis are in the shop essentially every three or four months Ive had plenty of experiences here.

I scheduled service on Saturday for Wednesday pickup 10 minutes before they were to be at my office to get the car they called and said i would have to drop it off. They stated they were concerned about drive ability Nice to know 10 minutes before you are supposed to be here

i dont feel like I was welcome, sales person not even responded until I reach him and not even showing the car until I requested , and when I asked for test drive he was not allowing me to test drive until I was Comfortable with the price, I never visit this showroom again
