Andrew, Matt and the rest of your Enterprise Team: Thank you very much for your assistance in getting me where I needed to be, in working with your staff, in helping me with the purchase of my new car, in your absence today! Sorry we missed each other. Hope your Lancaster trip was a safe one! :-) Everyone, this afternoon, was so friendly and especially helpful, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience with your team! Matt was Awesome and explained everything to me about the 2014 Malibu. He got my paperwork started and we had a great conversation, during that process. He went with me on my test drive, and I am very thankful to him for that! He took me back the perfect country road for my test drive, to really get the feel of the kind of roads that I an so used to driving on, and safely navigated me around an odd and surprising split in the road. We arrived safely back to the dealership unscathed! Whoo hoo!! :-) I had No doubts!! He was very thorough with how all of the car controls worked and explained everything completely! (even how the auto stop control worked and it did it! I was pleasantly surprised!! Thank you very much Matt!! :-) Very knowledgeable, in deed!! :-) By the way Matt, when do you go "Comedy Live" on stage?? Haha!! I thought your humor was hilarious and enjoyed it very much!! The test drive was so much fun!! It was the perfect test route! Thank you Matt!! Mark was very kind and knowledgeable with the financing end of all of the paperwork, and answered all my questions just perfectly. Thank you very much Mark! Kim was so pleasant and helpful in helping me complete the signing of my paperwork, and we were done in no time! Thank you very much Kim! Alex was a perfect gentleman in conversation with me and happily agreed to take some photos of Matt and I, by your offices beautifully decorated Christmas tree, at my request, and also suggested taking one of Matt & I in front of your awesome facility, by my New Chevy Malibu! Thank you very much, as well, Alex! And Matt, I wanted to especially thank you for the extra care and final cleaning and prep you put into caring for my new Malibu, before I left. That meant a great deal to me! You Rock, my man!! :) Your entire Enterprise team, took such good care of me this afternoon, (Dec 22, 2015); I was Happily and VERY impressed! Thank you!! Again, I wanted to express my gratitude to each and every one of you! It was a very pleasant experience over all!! I rented a car from my local Enterprise office and, upon returning it, was asked how I liked the car - a 2016 Nissan Altima S - "I loved it!" I replied. My car had been with my mechanic for several days and he informed me that I should start looking for a more recent model car (I had a 1992 Grand Marquis). The young woman behind the counter knew that my car was being repaired and asked "Are you looking to buy a car?" I told her that my credit wasnt good enough to get a loan with and she said "Let me have one of our car sales people give you a call - many people who thought that they wouldnt qualify have been approved." The approval process only took a few hours (I was able to apply online) and within 3 days (it would have happened more quickly if I hadnt had such a busy schedule) I was driving a 2015 Nissan Altima S that was pristine, and that I could afford! The amount of money that Im already saving on gas will pay more than 2/3rds of the car payment! The staff was friendly, professional, helpful, but, especially, very low key - no pressure to make a deal. The prices of their cars are BELOW Kelly Blue Book value and they were very generous with the trade-in value of my Marquis. This was the most enjoyable car-buying experience that Ive ever had (Im 63 and have purchased numerous vehicles over the years)! Zach, Glenn, Kelly, Micah, and Angelina all worked together to make sure that everything was right for us to make this deal. After I had been driving the car for several days there were a few questions that I had (about the technology that I was unfamiliar with) and when I stopped in the office to find the answers I was treated like a returning friend and felt welcomed and appreciated. I can not say enough about the staff and the car! Im so thankful that Janet (at my local office) asked the question in the first place, and gently suggested that I allow someone from the Mechanicsburg car sales division to give me a call. My stress level has gone down in measurable ways knowing that Im in a car that is reliable and economical (Im self-employed and do a lot of driving) and that whatever problems that I might encounter will be taken care of. I cant recommend Enterprise more highly. Best customer service that Ive ever encountered when dealing with any aspect of car buying!

I arrived not knowing exactly what kind of car I wanted. I knew I wanted something good on gas, but not too small that a grown man couldn’t fit in the back seat. T J was great! We went out on an excellent test drive route. I test drove 3 cars and there was no pressure to shoe-horn me into a car. I felt like I could have driven every car in the lot if that was what I wanted to do. I told TJ I was going to look around a bit before making a decision. There was no pressure from anyone to make a decision. I went and looked at a few more used dealers. The problem with most of them was the mileage was way too high and the warranty had expired. When I mention the mileage concerns they tried talking me into a new car. They obviously weren’t listening to me and were trying to shoe-horn me into a new car. I went back to Enterprise and decided on 2014 Nisan Altima with 29,000 miles at good price too. When It came financing the purchase. I gave them a list of banks I’d done business with before. They worked with them and a few others to get my loan and had a few offers in short order. I’ve been driving my new car for about a month now, and love it! Thank you T J!

As a realtor in business for myself, I am particularly sensitive to how customers are interacted with and provided direction to their decisions. From start to finish and after the sale these folks have proven to be awesome at what they can and will do to help their customers. I worked directly with Marlon and Jackie but met several of the others that are out front working with their customers. I am certain those working behind the scenes in the office and service department are just as outstanding in supporting the needs of their fellow front-office staff in order to satisfy the Expectations of their growing client base. Ive been taking time to refer them to everybody I hear even mention that they are considering looking for a car. I enjoyed sitting and watching their team go about their business and am impressed with their business model.
