About three months ago I came into this shop and purchased a car when I was stranded in Pennsylvania and needed to get back home because my car had died unexpectedly. I fell in love with the looks of my 2002 PT Cruiser Black with the wood paneling. I thought I was coming out with a great deal in a really hard time. I should have check the Kelley Blue Book to see that I was ripped off about 1500 dollars. Ive had this car about three months and have been left stranded on the side of the road 4 times. 1. The Battery died within one week of purchase. 2. The alternator died. 3. A leak in the radiator that adding up to $400 in repairs. 4. My timing belt snapped, taking out the whole ending. The repairs adding up to $2500 (I guess we dont need to include the tires with the slow leaks and the terrible suspension that makes a very nosy ride, or the bent rim in my left front tire) I guess they missed that in the inspection.... After breaking down on my vacation and getting stranded in Tennessee until it was fixed a whole slew of things started happening. My power steering went(they fixed that too). My AC broke( I just fixed that for $150). And now my car is overheating every time I turn it on. They sold a 20-year-old girl a car that has made all of my hard work go down the drain, and now I have a car that I can only junk. Im not a satisfied customer.

For every one out there dont listen to the idiots out there. Marysville Motors is Not A Scam. They are far from that. Dont listen to their opinions. Go see for yourself and you will see they are the best around. They are some very nice people who own it and work their. now dont u think that maybe the problem before was the mechanics who worked there. well since then they have gotten new mechanics who know what they are doing. I myself go there when i have a problem with my vehicle and also my fiancee and her family go here. This place sells cars every day if they were as horrible as people say they would be out of business but they are not. So if you buy a car and their happens to be a problem call them and discuss your concerns. They will Fix them with out a problem. They are one of the cheapest around. They have the best quality of vehicles around here. before you buy a car they make sure its inspected. NEVER do they put a car out in the lot knowing it has problems. That is never the case. But i recommand people to go there and take a look at what they have. They have done great work on my vehicles. and i wouldnt want to go any where else either. Keep up the good work Marysville Motors. William Turpin/ Family

Cars are junk here dont waste your time. the mechanics are flunkies as well. test drove two cars both impalas a 2005 and a 2001. the 2005 has serious tranny issues it bucks and carries on when it shifts. next i test drove a dark blue 01 impala keep in mind both of these cars were just inspected on site by theyre mechanics. the 01 had such a bad shake in the front passenger side you couldnt go over 25mph. when i took it back and parked it the owner asked the mechanic who worked on this car and just inspected it about the shaking, the mechanic with a stupid look on his face says i dont know anything about it. I will tell you the shake was bad this car should be junk its dangerous to drive yet they throw a inspection sticker on it and try to sell it like its a good car, I will not even waste my time with these clowns again everything they have there is junk. The mechanic also should be fired for inspecting a vehicle that was clearly not road worthy. they offered to fix the shaking in the car before i bought it but after that there was no trust I bought a subaru from a different dealer instead.

This was a bad decision. The car we bought was not what the man said it was, he said he had changed all the liquids and fixed it all up. The first day we had it, the front door was jammed and could not open from the inside. Within a month the check engine light came on, there were multiple problems. The gas cap was cracked, the air filter was completely filthy, the differential was leaking fluid, among several other things. Cost a few hundred to repair. 2 months later, there is transmission fluid leaking, so I took it to a reputable, trustworthy transmission specialist, and they said it would cost about a thousand to repair. After calling them to see what they would do about it, the mechanic said he didnt know what the problem was and said it should only cost $200 to repair (By repair I guess he meant do a quick fix that wouldnt solve the problem.) Avoid this place at all costs, they were not honest about the condition of the car, which was clearly very poor.

One word to describe this place amazing. I havent had any problems with Marysville Motors. Not once Have I had to go back to them to complain about something not being fixed right or not done at all. Maybe when you have bought cars their in the past maybe it was under different mechanics did you ever think of that. Since than they have gotten better mechanics and they are amazing. They make sure their cars are inspected. They never put a vehicle on their lot with any known problems.. They are defenitly not SCAM. They are one of the cheapest places I know of to buy a car but they make sure there is no problems with the car before they sell them. So great Job Marysville Motors. Keep up the great work. I know I will keep coming to You guys for business and so will my family. Thanks for great Service

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! worst experience of my life. Bought a vehicle in January 2016 and had to have two engines replaced because the shop failed to fix it correctly the first time. The shop hands would tell one story and the owner another! I had to go without a vehicle for several days each time it was in the shop. The last time i was there they gave me an 84 Buick rusted out with no review mirror to drive that had drug paraphernalia in it. Im not sure how that is an acceptable loaner on a 2004 suv. I called in again because the vehicle still isnt working correctly and the owner was hostile. Needless to say they refused to give me back my money. I dont know how anyone can treat their customers so poorly.
