worst customer service this store has got ! only go to store if you plan to get delayed (two months minimum) on delivery of your furniture. Store is absolutely "no" if you are buying a house and planning to buy furniture from them. They will make sure that you are not going to get it on time. They will keep promising you that its coming its coming and they will call you just 2 days before delivery date and say they screwed up and now you can only get it after two months ! I didnt read reviews here and had to reschedule my house warming just because of them, as I had no furniture in my house! Management is so bad that you keep requesting call backs and keep emailing them - they never gonna turn up!! because they screwed up ! folks save your self some time and please "do not" think of going or putting any money on their furniture!! just pathetic experience I had with them ...

I purchased a left-hand return desk, which is a beautiful piece of furniture and functional as well. Unfortunately, I was sent a right-hand return desk which was not going to work in the space. Zuri handled the problem well, sending me a new desk and providing workers to repackage the wrong desk before taking it away. I was afraid they would require more in the way of proof of the problem, or that they would try to tell me they sent what I requested, but they were kind and gracious on the phone and in emails. Next time I am in need of a special piece of furniture I will come back to Zuri.

I was impressed with the service. Not only was it hot outside, but there was a twist to the stairs that lead up to my front door. The 2 men that delivered my dresser did not complain, they had a smile on their face and completed the delivery with ease. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I would recommend your company to my friends & family . I definitely plan on keeping Zuri on the top of my list for any other household item that I might need in the future. Btw, I love my dresser! I was extremely pleased with my experience with Zuri. I ordered a marble top console table. The sales representative went out of her way to measure the table top for me & sent me a diagram. The table arrived exactly when I was told & the person who was assigned by Zuri to help assemble the table was competent, efficient and pleasant to work with. The table itself was excellent value and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Zuri without reservation.

Their customer service was helpful in answering the multiple questions I had before I ordered, and their prices were great. The bed frame was a good quality. I will say though, they told me it would ship in a couple of boxes so I asked for curbside delivery...they dont tell you that those boxes arrive packaged on a 6x6 palette that they expect to leave outside your door (the poor delivery driver who had to disassemble it to get it to fit into my apartment complex!)

I moved to Frisco in 2006 and just found Zuri Furniture. Finally, a modern home furnishing store in Frisco that doesnt sacrifice on quality without breaking the buck. Its located right in front of Ikea. When I walked in I thought everything was going to be so expensive and I was shocked at how affordable the furniture is. If you want quality furniture (ie dont have to put it together yourself) definitely check this place out.

I think one of the few things that makes up a great business is having excellent customer service. Zuri definitely checks that box! I did need their assistance after I bought one counter stool. I interacted with their sales people at the store and Micah and Jon were helpful and professional when engaging with me. Zuri is definitely a well-run business with excellent customer service, that is rare nowadays.

Zuri was so helpful in getting me measurements to make sure the Mala chairs would fit under a table height bar. They fit perfectly and are comfy. Even my husband likes the way the chairs fit and he is a big guy (6ft 240 lbs). The swivel is a nice feature to watch TV in the open great room. They were a cinch to put together too!

It was difficult to purchase living room furniture without having a chance to do "butt test" since I dont live in Texas. But I managed to send someone to the store for that special test. They look just like in the picture on the web site. 5 star for the look and 1 star for the service. Problem I reported did not resolve,

Purhcased a dining set for 2800 USD and the chairs started to peel in just 15 months. when asked the customer services found all sorts of issues so that they dont fix the problem. this is a RIP off and worst product i would have ever purchased in my entire life!!!! would not recommend anyone to zuri
