***UPDATE*** Bump to 4 stars Tariq called yesterday and is now in charge of customer relations. I have to say that Im impressed with their new look on customer service and willingness to reach out to us. They offered to make or purchase right and they did. They also started using some feedback I left about seeing the piece before delivery. Its hard for both consumer and shop to know how something will look out of a catalog. In a nutshell, they are really trying and I appreciate that. I would buy here again and look forward to it. OLD - We bought a white Italian leather couch from here. I am a little let down by our buying experience. We wanted a smaller couch for apt living with a left facing settee. We found it with their help. We gave our $ and the order process began. A week later we get a call that there are no more left facing but they do have a right facing. We decide to go for it. Almost 2 months later the piece finally arrives. Its solid, nice leather, however, it was wrapped so tightly in shipping plastic that the leather still has creases in it months later and looks a little wrinkled. I contacted Euro living about this and was told that the batting underneath the leather has feathers and is the natural style of the couch. Its not nice and smooth like the pieces on their showroom floor. So, $4000 later I have a couch that is not what we pictured being in our newly designed space and ELs customer service is little to be desired. I recommend you force them to deliver to store and you see it before it arrives home.

Really helpful staff and nice furniture selection. Looked at all the other modern furniture places too in Uptown, Oak Lawn and the Design District. These guys had some unique pieces and the prices were good.
