(More added to the story)** Out of the 100s of times my friends have been here, they recently decided to ID us. Some only had Tech IDs, some had drivers license, and I had no ID. So this female worker already with a horrible attitude tells me, "Im going to have to ask you to leave." Understandably, I left and sat in the car while my friends went in. I noticed a man with 2 kids under the age of 4, and they let them all in. How is an obvious 18 year old kicked out, but toddlers are let in? Rude staff, and especially the female staff. ** So I figured I would never have to deal with this situation again until the lady who IDed us decided to go out of her way to contact and stalk me on Facebook. Not only is this extremely unprofessional, but very creepy. So heres a copy of her message: Max Max: Hey I just read your review on me and I want you to know none of what you said was true. I am a good person and I am just doing my job. Im sorry I asked you to show proof of identification but hats the law. We have several employees and so you may be asked more than one to show an Id. I think that you you know its the law to have proof of age to enter this type of establishment you would be prepared to show 0ne upon entering. I had to ask you twice if you had one. I wasnt rude I was just asking. You were just mad because you had to t leave the store. I was 8n no way rude to you. I dont think it was very nice that you posted the review you did. It you know me on a personal level you would know Im not rude at all. I do work another job and deal with alot of tech sorority women and they love me and Im them. Please think before you go arpund trying to ruin peoples lives because they were doing their job and asked you to leave when in all reality if you had had an Id all would have been fine. Your welcome back anytime and wed love to have you at our shop Im just doing what my boss and the law is asking of me. If you would like to speak with me about this feel free to send me a message back. Theres no reason to be ugly. I just want you to understand where Im coming from thank you My response: I was not mad that I had to leave the store, I understand the law. The point is that you kicked me out, but yet let in my friend who didnt have an ID on him. I dont know if you noticed him or not, but it wasnt fair. On top of that, two children under the age of at least 4 or 5 came in with their father. Not quite sure how thats even fair, but whatever. On top of this insanely unprofessional conversation, I am not a "tech sorority woman," so please dont get that mistaken. I have no need to come back to your store as I do not vape, I only came with my friends. And quite frankly, this is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Guess what? Not everyone you work for is going to like you. This is reality and life. The fact that you went out of your way to find me and contact me not only is super creepy, but shows signs of insecurity. I dont care if my review offended you, a review is a review, positive or negative. Im sorry that a few hundred words has affected you enough to stalk me and contact me, but please know for the sake of Green Gorilla, try not to act this unprofessional. How this is okay, I will never know. But oh well, never going here again FOR SURE.

Their juice selection is well below par. Green Aplle Puppy drool? Nooooo sale.... and they need to learn (how to bubble wrap) that larger valuable glass items should be bubble wrapped more, a lot more say a shot glass would. And the manager hung up on me when I called back not even an hour after leaving his shop and giving him my business. Therere copious amounts of vape shops in Lubbock, so pick any other! Or youll get drool all over you.. Last note; if youre needing an atomizer rebuilt, dont go here. 3 times ive gone in with 3 different atis and always act like its so hard to just change the cotton, and act like they are mad that you want their help. They all seem to hate their jobs, that should say enough about the service.

My trip to this shop was a bust, poor service l,didnt like the product sold to me,poor selection and the girl there was gonna charge me a dollar to sample juice. I dont know if it was because she knew I was only gonna spend 10 dollars or if she was just bad at her job. But the other shop i go to as soon as I walk in the door its smiles and great service, also I can sample all the free juice I want whether Im just sampling or Im spending a hundred dollars always the same service. I will not go back to green gorilla and will drive the 5 miles to juicy juice. Those are the kind of people i like to do business with. Sorry green gorilla I tried.

Eh, they have very small vape hardware selection compared some of the other shops. Their juices are double the price you find at mentioned "juicy juice". The employees are pretty cool, always nice and informational just wish the store had more to choose from and more equal pricing, just got an rx300 from a dif shop because they priced better, as well as my tfv12 tank 4 hg2 batteries aaaaand 2 bottles of juice.. Cant say ill be going back to green gorilla for anything other than coils? (Their coils are cheapest in town by $1) Maybe accessories?

My first time in, I had a very small vape pen and was just needing a coil. The people working were more than helpful and told me about their best selling juice, which I bought! The second time I went in looking for a specific mod, and they sell it cheaper than the online price of the manufacturer! Once again, they did not give me more than I asked for and they were super friendly! My favorite vape shop!

Dropped and broke my glass tank and my buddy told me to check here since everywhere else was closed. They found a spare glass they had and gave it to me for free. They removed my broken glass and cleaned it all up and changed it out for me. They were all friendly and professional. Ive read the other reviews here and they seem unreasonable. All good people in this store. Highly recommended.

Only reason why Im not giving this one 5 stars is cause I really believe they need to update the tester sample mods. It seemed like each flavor we tried I couldnt get a good taste to see if I really liked it. Highly suggest new pens to replace some but also using real mods for the more experienced vapors. Otherwise great selection & wonderful service!

The customer service is horrible! The last time I was in the bigger guy helped me out. He didnt seem too happy about his job. He came off very rude and condescending. I usually get excellent service here when it comes to the other guys. While he was helping me his phone rang and he took off didnt say a word. I will not be going back while hes there!
