Best place to buy your jewelry! Very thoughtful and friendly staff! Manager Scott, Owner Jarred, sales staff, Corrina,Alexis,Eric... all very pleasant to deal with! I will continue to make my purchases at Provident! My husband got me the most beautiful diamond studs for Christmas! I also got my dream watch! A happy diamond ROSE gold Chopard. I only mention that watch once (which they didnt have at the time) and what do I know couple months later? They have one and they thought of me?!!! WAO! Thats great service! I also wanted a new ring which I could not afford... But Alexis worked his magic and worked with my own stones and placed it in a Bez Ambar mount and HE made it look SPECTACULAR and affordable! I love it! I love Provident Jewelry Store !

I met Eric at Provident two years ago. I brought a beautiful Omega watch in, that had never been used, but was purchased seven years ago. Eric advised me to leave it with them "in consignment" - Once in a very while I would go by to check with him. Although I was a small customer for a jewelry store, he always treated me as if I were a "million dollar lady". He is and always was extremely professional, loyal, very friendly and patient. Well, 14 days ago, I went by and he had a surprise for me; the watch had just sold in the show of Las Vegas, and with a big smile he handled me my promised reward.
