Andy took me step-by-step through purchasing an engagement ring, patiently answered my novice questions, and then worked tirelessly to deliver a one-of-a-kind finished ring. Their knowledge and passion for the craft of custom jewelry blew me away. Their attention to customer service and level of detail provided was above and beyond my expectations when I began my search for a ring. I could probably write 2,000 words detailing how easy these guys are to work with. They now have a lifelong customer in me.
