DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Incredibly rude on the telephone. Paid for repairs on two Rolex watches. Had to set them myself when i picked them up, meaning they had not tested them after repairing them. Brought them home and one stopped completely within a week. The other was losing time. I returned them and called 8 days later to check on their status. The lady on the phone said she could not fine them! I told her I would stay on the phone until she could confirm at least their presence in the store. She called me rude, refused to give me her name and then hung up on me. I just want to be finished with these jerks, but Ive already paid them and the watches are still not repaired.

My diamond from my ring had fallen out during laundry and I took it in to have it placed again. I had gone to several other places in Tampa, and 2/5 told me I needed a whole new head, the others didnt even bother to look at it! Anyway, I wanted a local place, and didnt tell them what others had told me. Immediately, the man came back and said he would need to place a new head or else he would fear I would lose the diamond again! Great, speedy service with knowledgeable staff to help. I was also informed I could bring my ring back any time for FREE CLEANINGS! I am so happy; my ring looks like new and feel confident it will not fall out again!

I have had service done on an Omega and Rolex. I read some harsh reviews, but have to say that my experience has been nothing less than 5 stars. They did a great job at a reasonable price! I feel as though when I walk in the store, Im part of a very loving family that embraces their customers. They make me feel like part of their family. I was referred to them by several other businesses in Winter Haven that swear by them. I will continue to do business with them for future repair needs as well as appraisals. I really like this family. Theyre honest, real and offer great service at fantastic prices.

Bought My Wife a floating diamond necklace for anniversary love it as does she great staff very friendly and helpful. I needed a watch resized and They took care of me very quickly and efficiently resized it perfectly to fit my wrist I couldnt ask for anything more . Last month I need a ring resized and again I was greeted with a very pleasant staff who took care of my needs same day service who could ask for more . Same as other comments, honest family business that makes customers feel like family. Ralph put a new mother of pearl face on my wifes Rolex and a month later I noticed a hairline crack and he didnt blink an eye saying he would replace it at no-cost. As fair and honest as they come!
