Stay away from this dump!! This store had an obvious odor as we walked in. It was dirty and their Charmed Memories Charms in the display case are so tarnished you can hardly tell what they were!! We were in the area and stopped in to replace 2 broken charms (I have many) because Kay has a Lifetime Warranty. The Store Manager, REFUSED to do it without "information". He lied and said it was a Corporate Policy! Both were gifts from my out of State daughters! He insisted he couldnt do it without "information". They were obviously Kay charms. I wont ever be returning to this sorry excuse for a jewelry store. I have always had great service with returns at the Kay at Edison Mall, so I will be going there!

This store is terrible customer service.my first time came here .they have the necklace ad for sale .and they lie to me keep telling me that not the right one.will not shop here .

I have always had great service at this location and the location in coastland mall. Have bought several jewelry pieces from them and have been very satisfied with everything.

This store is a joke. The jewelry is junk and they have horrible customer service. Save your time and go to a reputable store like Dunkins or Diamond District.
