Westmoreland Mall, Greensburg Pa, the management sucks. Just for your FYI I have 13 pieces of jewelry from your store. Nobody in store 8pm. Dec 28 3 total employees. 1 Leaning on counter , one up against the wall, the other sitting munching on something , Im in retail myself I was actually stunned with their responses. I walked in and right away CALI (asst manager) asked me " how many pieces have your worn since last time ". Really, more than half my jewelry is from my late husband. So then an assoc took my jewelry inspected it and NOW there are 2 pieces that need fixed !?? Have not worn, keep in mind. She blamed it on condensation??? My jewelry is kept in the boxes they are kept in and in jewelry armoire ,, so I asked for manager who was MANAGER BRIAN , bald headed , he just looked at me and I said " how could this be I dont wear them, these have been checked over and over again whats going on here and his response was " I dont follow you around 24/7 to watch you " and he walked away. I was like seriously. !! He just called me a LIAR He then went to the back and ignored me !!One stone in earrings was loose and bracelet a diamond missing. I have the extended warranty and still charged $114 later. Would u be upset. ??? The assoc took 3 pieces of jewelry that I wanted to be cleaned , and I packed up my remaining jewelry and left and my husband waited for them, while ALL 3 went in back to clean them. WOW They suck !!! I recently returned on Jan 11 to pick up Cali (asst mgr) and the same associate who checked them and another guy was there with dark hair and beard The guy who checked me out show me the jewelry in the palm of his hand, said they tighten earrings (how do I know ) and the same with bracelet. He asked if there was anything else he could help me with ( keep in mind the whole time HE DID NOT make eye contact with me) was there a red flag on my jewelry ????? I said I will not be shopping with Kays any longer, no questions asked as to why ? and he said " Sorry to hear that " STILL no eye contact and asst mgr CALI was right by his side and I cant believe SHE SMILED !! WOW. Rude individuals, if there were customer in the store while I was there (and still plan on when ever I go to the mall for anything ) and I see a "Guest" in your store as "We call them " I will give them a HEADS UP to GO ELSEWHERE.! There are NO STARS for this review !! Im so hurt and disgusted. As I already know , nothing will be done on this situation!!! Soooooooooo ANOTHER LOST CUSTOMER and ripped up Kay Jeweler Card.!!

Unless you like being lied to and over-charged - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I paid nearly $10,000 for an engagement ring and I strongly advise anyone reading this to NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. While the manager was very pleasant to deal with (but no longer works at this location), the time-line was consistently "changed" for a laundry list of "reasons" - most of which were blatant lies (example: originally, the delay for the engagement ring was blamed on a shipping delay cause by a snow store - I called a friend who is the head of UPSs international shipping-since the ring was being shipped from China to the USA via UPS -and he confirmed that no flight delays or cancellations affected ANY of UPSs shipping times for that particular snow storm). When I confronted the manager with this information he quickly changed the reason for the delay (now it was the result of a "casting error"). In the end I ended making 4 trips to and from the store to pick up the ring - and every time I left without the ring I had paid nearly $10,000 for. When I called customer service about this, I ended up sitting on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes! When I did actually get the ring, on the very first "inspection" (which is required every 6 months in order to keep the warranty valid), the stones were lose in their setting. So the ring was taken away for 3 WEEK while they fixed the poor quality of the setting that allowed the diamonds to shift in less than 6 months. Product quality was incredibly poor as was customer service. I will never patronize a Kay Jewelers EVER again.

The customer service could be improved. I bought a watch and within a week of purchasing the roughly $400 watch the battery needed replaced. The battery was not supposed to be changed in the store, but someone changed it in the store. This act broke the pressure seal on the watch and as a result the watch got damaged by water. After I went back they told me the pressure seal was broken and it would need to be sent out to get a new battery and get it resealed which is going to take 6 weeks. I will not shop there again.

I honestly wouldnt even give this business a star at all. I wanted to return a necklace that was bought for 240. 2 stores later they claim they dont have enough money in the drawer. So the manager supposedly calls a third store and they say they have it. Thank God when I got in the car I decided to call myself. They too stated they didnt have enough cash in the drawer. Unreal the customer service, lies and thievery.

One manager is fantastic! The rest of the staff are rude and unhelpful. Extremely poor service. I have a warranty on my ring there and I dont even think Ill keep up with the service on it. Id rather go somewhere else and enjoy the people who are taking care of my precious, sentimental jewelry. Such a disappointment.
