If you want great service avoid the malls and mega jewelers. Here you deal directly with a craftsman and owner. The difference is amazing. Weve been using them for our jewelry purchases for over twenty years. Weve never been disappointed. If they dont have exactly what you want they can make it. They can even repurpose old or damaged gold. If its broke or bent they can fix it-on the spot. On one visit Matt suggested cleaning and inspecting my wifes ring. He noticed a bent prong (barely) holding her diamond and fixed it-avoiding a disaster. If youre shopping for jewelry do yourself a favor and pay them a visit.

Incredible experience! I have realized in recent years how important attention and customer service is to me when I am purchasing something; especially when it is expensive! I did my research and decided to visit CS Johns. I was immediately greeted and the gentleman must have spent a good 20 minutes with me. He answered all my questions and, as I knew from my research, gave me a great price. If you are tired of the mechanized world of sales and foreign customer service call centers, the quaint and friendly store is a great choice.

After my mischievous puppy decided to snack on my diamond hoop earrings, I thought they were done for. That is, until I took them into CS Johns. Olivia welcomed me into the store and originally looked at my earrings and said she would take them into the back to be looked at by Mark. He beautifully reshaped the gold to its original form and matched the missing diamonds perfectly to the originals. Excellent customer service and craftsmanship! I will definitely be back (hopefully under different circumstances!).
