I had a horrible experience at Broestl and Wallis. The man who sized a piece of my jewelry was rude, arrogant and down right unprofessional. He called me a liar and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Remind you this was my first time coming into the store and he asked me how much my engagement ring was appraised for. When I told him the amount he called me a liar and said "Sometimes guys lie and tell you the engagement ring is worth more than it really is so they look like a big shot. There is no way your ring is worth that much." How would you feel if you were a first time customer that was excited about your engagement ring and a man said this to you? I will never go back to this jewelry store ever again and I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional and wrong this man was. ( The only reason I gave Broestl and Wallis one star is because I appreciate the lady who helped me and who tried to compensate for this extremely rude man.)

Jeff has a top notch selection of gems and jewelery, and a knowledgeable staff to help with any request. A consummate professional, he is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. Also to be noted, he truely is a master jeweler. If you need repairs or have an idea to make a unique piece, he has the talent and patience to make your dreams become reality! I love this shop!
