I just wanted to take a few minutes and let you know about the great experience I had at your Parma location. Recently I was in the market for an engagement diamond. Naturally being a big investment I did some homework, educated myself a little bit on the process, the 4c’s and armed myself with a few diamond prices from online. Hearing your advertisement on 92.3, The Fan I went to your Parma store to take a look. Long story short, your manager there Andy was fantastic. I asked some basic questions and his responses were all on par with what I had read and researched – no BS. He was patient, gave me great insight, listened to my questions and concerns, showed me plenty of options, worked within my budget and found me exactly what I was looking for. I had only visited one other jeweler and while online advice says to “shop” around to as many places as possible, after working with Andy, I felt confident that I was not only getting the diamond at a great price but that Andy was genuine in taking care of me. We spent several hours during the process and Andy probably would have spent a few more if we needed to in order to find the right diamond. My Fiancé absolutely loves the piece that Andy helped me pick out and she gets a ton of compliments on the ring. When we had to get the ring size slightly adjusted Andy won over my Fiancé as well with the process and the perfect job they did on her ring. We’ll definitely be going back for the wedding bands and she’s already had two other rings cleaned and re-sized by the onsite jeweler! Thanks again Andy!

I have came here a few times while thee older gentleman was working. Each time that I had came to him or brought a friend to him he would lowball by atleast $75. I am well educated on calculating pawn/trade/sell estimates with most all jewelry. But that is not what has earned him such a negative review. The last time that I had brought something to him, he indeed gave me a quick estimate. Unfortunately, he gave such a low estimate that I was most offended. The icing on the cake though: I thanked him for his time & for the estimate and kindly declined the offer. Instead of responding with professionalism, he rather threw my belongings on the counter and ignored me. He even had the audacity to look past me to a customer on the other side of the store & proceeded to talk over my voice - almost in a manner of yelling - COMPLETELY disregarding my existence and further questions/concerns. So with that being said - I would recommend visiting 650Cash for Gold, ABC Pawn & Gargarita. Also take comfort in knowing that they give fairly astonishing estimates that youd be satisfied. P.s The dirty looks after I declined his offer was enough to disgust anyone. Im honestly surprised at the lack of maturity for a man of his age.

Andy at Avalon Jewelers is amazing. Just a real nice guy, but more than that, he went above and beyond for my wifes diamond stud earrings. He brought in diamonds from the vault, he had plenty there for me to pick from too, in the end, he ended up finding exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted too. Was never pushy, but always came through with the diamonds, the mounts, etc. He earned clients for life with us. We will return to Avalon for any and all rings, watches, or any other fine jewelry needs that arise for my wife and I. Thanks Andy!

My fiancé proposed with his grandmothers sapphire and diamond anniversary band. It was beautiful but needed resized, new prongs and a deep polish fom not having been worn in the 10 years since her passing. Avalon Parma did all this work in less than 24 hours for a very fair price. My ring is so sparkly, fits perfectly, and we plan to start (and hopefully end) our wedding band search at Avalon!
