BEWARE!! Furniture looks great at a great price. SARA Collection Furniture is NOT a great quality. The furniture (sofa) will last about 6 month at regular use before u have an issue. Customer Service (when they answer) will tell you they will pick it up for repair, but chances are they never set the delivery after they give you a date. You will have several more issues, and although it is "still under warranty" the fix will be sloppy, they will procrastinate to get it fix. My furniture has been fixed several times and its still broke. The "extended warranty" will not cover A LOT of scenarios, so be careful what you tell them, and they will not cover unless the warranty is over. JENNIFER from customer service will rarely note your account when you call for service or request. She had told me twice a date of service. Only to find out after I get my days off from work that she didnt schedule the delivery or the "home service" to stitch the furniture. Stitching was done in a very sloppy manner by someone they sent (it got un-stitched in January, so lasted about 4 months). In SAMANTHA, Jennifers supervisor, seem to work with more ethic and respect. I believe shes the most qualified in customer care because she does get things done in a timely manner. This past January one of the legs base broke, leaving the sofa inclined to the side (mind you I rarely sit there since Im a flight attendant and Im not home a lot). She tried to perform an exchange of my discontinued, damaged, low quality furniture but her manager DID NOT authorized it, knowing the issues Ive had. Her name is SARA. Sara is extremely rude and will have no kind of compassion or manners. Samantha politely offered me to talk to her see if the lady would change her mind. By far, the worst customer service manager I have seen in my life. Not because she didnt exchange it, but the HORRIBLE ATTITUDE she had. She answered my call after 2 voicemail of 2 different days unanswered, questioning me why do I have to contact her and "Well, you get what you paid for..." Since Jan of 2017 Ive had to made a total of 33 calls between calling to have my furniture picked up and attempting to schedule the delivery of it, and get my ottoman fixed too. They came to pick up the sectional but they said the ottoman was not on the invoice. That was over 2 weeks ago. Now, they have agreed to pick it up when they deliver the section. Well see... BEL Furniture is the WORST furniture company. Im not exaggerating, you will not be happy. Theres a reason it is rated low. I never saw myself rating this company and certainly not this low. I wasnt concern about the rating because I figured people would only review negative comments. But I was wrong.

They Double charged me $270.16 ...when I went to inquire and get it taken care of at the "customer service" they said they couldnt do anything because they did not keep a record of the transaction that it was with accounting who of course could not be reached..when pressed for an explanation they said it was on my end? That my bank was at fault and it would probably resolve itself...no big deal huh? It was by that time the charge already posted and debited from my account twice..I asked what kind of business are they running? with no transaction receipts!? When asked whats gonna happen when all my recurring debits/checks bounce? I asked for a refund then got the cold shoulder and the so called manager who would not give me his name refused to answer nor provide a resolution. I was treated like pure crap and will never shop there again ..I NEVER got a sorry nor a reasonable explanation for resolution This is what is wrong with 99% of people today, there is no accountability, no acceptance of fault these are simple things we learn from a decent upbringing. We have a house full of furniture that we have bought through the years from BEL we are not first time customers but due to the unprofessional and idiocracy of their management they wont be getting any more of our business...BBB will be contacted on this one. As far as I am concerned they stole from me, The lady that double charged me is a robust hispanic with long black hair maybe her name is Gracie maybe.. I dont know they didnt like giving their names as if they have been in trouble/this situation before, the so called douche manager is of Indian-Pakistani descent, he was a total "you know what" and I hope one day he gets what he deserves, ill will to you, from hells heart I stab at thee.

This place has great customer service ….. pure sarcasm! We went sunday chose a dining set first of all it was tax free week and they still charged tax ?! so false advertisement is there speciality , then when we payed in check they told us it would take a week to clear and they would not be able to deliver by wednesday before our dinner party … but if we payed cash by tuesday by 6pm they would deliver by wednesday. Come Tuesday we start getting calls at 8 am for the cash so we rush and get them cash by 3 as soon as we leave with the paid cash receipt we get a call that they cant deliver till friday!! wow really so after we pay you realize that it wont be delivered on the date given to us originally but the best part was when we were paying the girl assured us that it would be delivered wednesday around 12 - 5 Later the evening i called to confirm the women told me until i do not pay it wont be delivered WOW !! seriously and hangs the phone exactly 10 mins later i get a call stating that my husband came and paid and said friday would be fine but in fact it was me and my daughter who went and we were assured it was wednesday and when ask why they said it was paid cash at 3 and if we paid before 2 it could be done wow !! these people have no manners , credibility , they change statements constantly. Never ever again will i go here by the way i still dont have my table set …

If you hate your new wood floors, youll love this place!!! The shopping experience was fine (as much as it can be for a furniture place). The salesman was informative and not pushy, that is the only reason I am giving two stars. The delivery drivers were supposed to call me FIRST thing in the morning and give me a 4 hour window of when they were going to arrive. They called me FIFTEEN minutes before they reached my house (I work 45 minutes away from home). When I told them that was ridiculous and that they would have to give me more time, they said they could either deliver it in 15 minutes or I was going to have to wait 6 days because that was the next time they were available. Thankfully they were typical delivery drivers and were late because I barely beat them home. When they unloaded the furniture, they decided that "scooting" the sectional across my BRAND NEW hardwood floors was easier than lifting it, even after I informed them of the situation. When I called the manager at Bel (who sold us the sectional) he was anything but pleasant. He talked to me and my fiance like we were complete idiots and all of a sudden couldnt remember tell us "that the delivery drivers will work around you schedule". The sectional is fine and covers most of the scratches they made. Opt for pick up, beware of delivery!!!!
