Im new to the area and was in need of a new car and this was by far the best dealership in the area! Ive never considered a Mitsubishi before and I am a lifetime Hyundai buyer, but after visiting Davis Hyundai & Route 33 Nissan (terrible experiences) and visiting J&S Mitsubishi (great experience) I think my family may now be a Mitsubishi family. Tim, Steve and Sal were 100% transparent about how much the car would cost, what our options were and treated my wife and I like customers they actually cared about (the same cant be said about the other dealerships I mentioned). There were no car sales gimmicks - I showed Sal the cars from the website, test drove the actual cars listed and then was actually given the price the dealership stated online (full transparency actually slightly higher because I didnt qualify for the Mitsubishi loyalty discount, but at least that was clearly explained to us). I would absolutely purchase from them again and recommend anyone buying a car in the area to check this place out. Not only is the service great, but the Mitsubishi cars were much nicer than I would have thought and are sold at a very reasonable price.

Tim the manager was Very Friendly and helpful Larry and his boys are awesome. They help me with my issues , got me situated in a nice outlander. I would recommend this place. The only person I wouldnt recommende is Henri he seems nice AT FIRST , he is very unprofessional , Rude , and when something doesnt go his way he will show and shift his frustration & anger to the customer even when they ARENT at fault. As a dealer and a consultant professionalism is KEY. He almost lost my business and interest in the car. I would wish they hire someone else as a consultant Before another customer end up in the same position I was in. Part of working at a dealership means you have people , professionalism and interpersonal skills. Which he didnt present. BUT everyone else was awesome. Great deals , I would recommende this Mitsubishi dealership to anyone interest.

This place is great! This Mitsubishi dealership is new but J&S been around for ever. This was the best experience Ive had out of the 4 cars Ive bought in the past 3 years. They are all so friendly and really work for you to get your best deal possible. They got me the best deal in the tri-state and believe me, I looked. At no point did I feel pressured, it was just very easy and a great experience. Not only did I get a great deal on a new vehicle, they had an extensive selection of great used cars that they were selling at great prices

This place was the most real dealership that I have ever been too. I needed help getting a mitsubishi outlander and they were simpley put, very honest. They treated my kids like family. I got a great deal and the prices were very transparent. Peter was kind on the phone and brought me in. The finance guy Sal was very kind and funny, made everyone comfortable. I would definitly reccomend this place to get a good deal for any car.

I went there for service I needed for my lancer and they fulfilled my requirements. They were nice and helpful. Asked me if I had a ride while dropped my car. They considered my circumstances and fixed my car in timely manner. I will definitely go back because this is one of few places I feel I can trust.
