PLEASE SHARE!!!!!! DO NOT do business with M&M auto in Utica!! My car had broke down because a couple heads were worn down. Now when it first happened I called Anthony at M&M and told him what was going on.. Mind you my brother is a mechanic and knew exactly what it was. I told Anthony it was the heads.. So he says have it towed up but I wont be able to look at it until Monday. (This was on a Thursday) I had the car towed to M&M like he said and he called me flipping out telling me he said he couldnt look at it yet... Well.. Needless to say I was without a car for a month! And he flat out refused to give me a loaner. Every time I called about my car he had a new excuse.. It was always tomorrow but tomorrow seemed to never come. He would put me on hold when I called and leave me on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time. A few times he put me on hold and after about 20 minutes id hang up and call back and someone else would answer and tell me Anthony had stepped out. So he would put me on hold and LEAVE!!! Finally getting my car back after a month of getting screwed around. They supposedly fixed the heads and put all these "new" parts in. When I got back to my house with the car it was sputtering. My brother looked under the hood and said half the parts they said were new In fact werent. The next day I drove the car around the block to a friends house and broke down in the driveway. M&M mechanics screwed up and my motor was shot. Needless to say.. The warranty company would not cover a new motor as it was the fault of the mechanics. So M&M got stuck with the cost. Even though it was their fault Anthony still refused to give me a loaner. Yesterday I go to pick up my car after not having it for almost two months yet still making the payments and the car insurance payments and being without a car and Anthony tells me he cant give me the car without me first paying the $100 deductible. I had the money on me but didnt feel as if I shouldve payed it due to all the costs of figuring out another car to use while they had mine. He started getting rude with me and IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!! Claims they dropped $2000 on a new motor to put in my car and that he needed that $100. Mind you the "new" motor that he supposedly dropped $2000 on has 122k miles on it. I gave him the $100 as I just wanted to get out of there. 2 customers walked out after I told them all I went through with M&M. If losing business is worth $100 to M&M then they dont know how to do business. They should not have been rude to me after all I went through and they should have been decent enough to eat the $100 cost as it was their fault the second time. I have never met anybody so rude in my life. If this post gets just one person to not do business with M&M and have to go through what Ive gone through then its worth it to me. Nobody should be treated the way I was for the past 2 months. PLEASE SHARE!!!

well I tried 1 star then 2 stars then 3 then 4 after 4 stars it posted, makes you kind of wonder how many bad reviews there really are, I can tell you that you cant take them for there word. Anthany lies not sure about Bill. my parents told me I was only as good as my word, Anthanys parents screwed up some place his words no good. I called the BBB and posted on facebook about this place. If Bill is the owner he needs to drop that free loader again this is really for no Stars NO STARS KEEP MOVING PAST THIS PLACE
